** Noted in the dub commentary, when the ADR director was first assigned the show for dubbing, he wasn't that impressed at first. The strength of the characterizations and the fun way they build upon each other won him over by episode four.

** The pictures on the left are, as far as I remember, actually Wochenschau footage, explaining the Blitzkrieg tactic to the german populace, with the tip being the assault force, and the rest assembles a secure line of defence for the convoys that supply the tip to keep it going. Yes, this does not make it better, I am clear on that.

*** Case in point, here is what Eila has to say about Sanya.
-->'''Eila:''' Sanya? ... Sanya, huh? hmm... ah, sorry. Thinking of Sanya sort of... makes my heart ache. I wonder why? ...eh? Her breasts? Sanya's!? What the hell are you looking at!? I wouldn't talk about that, idiot!
**** Another case was, when her dousing rods led her to Sanya's ass rather than to the Neuroi bug.

** Speaking of pants, any discussion of the series on Youtube will inevitably contain jokes about how pants have been outlawed/were never invented/are unnecessary because the main characters are just that badass/ect.

** Charlotte and Francesca seem awfully close, for that matter. And speaking of Francesca.... Oh, and Perrine is pretty much outright Mio's stalker, although it's one sided because Mio is [[ObliviousToLove being dense]].

** TheMovie doesn't let up on the LesYay. The most blatant example is Yoshika and Lynne; they roll around on the ground hugging at the beginning and later cuddle together in bed. In addition, Perrine still seems to be holding a torch for Mio.

Missed Moment Of Awesome (now Offscreen Moment Of Awesome) is not \"they SHOULD have done it, it\'d be cool,\" or \"it wasn\'t cool ENOUGH.\" It\'s \"they DID do it, and you never got to see it.\"

* MissedMomentOfAwesome: If Anna the mentor-witch was really the legendary [[BadassGrandpa Badass Grandma]] ObiWan that she is reputed to be, then wouldn't it have been awesome if we get to see HER kick the Neuroi's ass in Season 2 Episode 3 ''on her broom'' instead of the girls yet again? THAT would have justified her reputation as a legendary hero in her day rather than make her a crotchety burnt out has-been.
** Well, she is based off of WWI Italian pilot Arturo Ferrarin. So it will be odd to see her in a WWII setting.
** Remember the age limit! She can fly alright but she surely can't deploy a shield.
