** Hibari Ginza when introduced, was a pretty dark CowboyCop who had a habit of "self-defensing"(killing the second lethal intent is shown even if there's no chance that she'd be harmed by using non-lethal methods) every violent criminal she came across and tried to blackmail Saiga into sleeping with her. So pretty disturbing stuff overall, but made less cringeworthy as it could've been given the deaths were played for dark laughs, and Saiga wasn't especially bothered by her blackmail and got the better of her anyway. As she comes closer to finding out the truth, however, she shows an unhealthy obsession with Saiga and eventually trades Kagura to her abusive mother in return for "keeping" him. She then proceeds to hit him with her car, rape him while he's unconscious for what's implied to be ''days'' all while questioning why she's not good enough for him, and lock him up until he decides to be with her. Later on, the show attempted a HeelRealization, but most would say [[SarcasmMode it was just a ''little'' too late for her to realize her nightly rape sessions were wrong.]]

We see various clips and are then shown how much it cost.

* AlasPoorVillain: Suitengu, Tsujido and Miharu all get touching ends.

* CompleteMonster: All euphorics who appear as minor villains. Strange since major antagonists, including ''the BigBad'' himself, actually come off more sympathetic.
** Not ''all'' of the Euphoric minor villains are {{Complete Monster}}s, just most of them. Miharu qualifies as an exception, as does Tsujido depending on whether or not one considers him as a minor villain.

* NightmareFuelUnleaded: LOTS of it. An example? Anyone afraid of going to the dentist should probably avoid watching episode 8.

** Heavy use of YourMileageMayVary, but Suitengu as well after his origin story has been revealed and elaborated upon. In which case, he'd probably be more of a WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds.

** And even then, the major antagonists regularly do acts of utter depravity themselves, and would be just as bad if not for a few lingering PetTheDog tendencies, and for some, YourMileageMayVary on whether that's enough to keep the major antagonists from being unforgivable.

* MostAnnoyingSound: The ShallowParody CampGay, never given CharacterDevelopment could've been [[ShooOutTheClowns moved offstage for the dramatic scenes]]. Instead his shrieking "Saiga!" is interjected inappropriately and frequently enough to be a LevelBreaker.
