** Zone 3-2 is a series of small islands connected together by one-way floating platforms. By the nature of the level, you truly cannot speed things up at all -- lest you accelerate off one of the many unguardeds ledge and plummet to your doom -- and it's a teleporter maze on top of that.

* AnticlimaxBoss: The final boss starts with a very basic attack pattern of flying towards Sonic and then trying to crush him. After a few rolls it is reduced to a disembodied head but the only change is that it sometimes fires bullets towards the top of the screen.
