Has only one example (X Meets Y) which is Just For Fun and should not be listed on YMMV pages.

* JustForFun/XMeetsY:
** There is no review, preview or description of the book, including the cover, that didn't compare it to "Literature/WorldWarZ for the RobotWar".
** Archos is pretty much what you'd get if you combined Bender Rodriguez, Skynet, and ComicBook/Ultron and gave the result the voice of a four year old.

* ConfirmationBias: When confronted towards the end about its motivations, Archon tries to justify its actions by pointing towards the need for self-preservation, as the humans kept killing every previous iteration of itself that was created. The element Archon leaves out is how each iteration almost immediately becoming an OmnicidalManiac driven by an obsession towards becoming TheOmniscient.

This belongs more in wild mass guessing.

* ParanoiaFuel: The Lurker chapter, wherein a black hat hacker is stalked by Archos via the cell phone of everyone around him.
* XanatosGambit: Is this troper the only one who feels that Archos didn't really want to wipe out humanity? It seemed very intelligent. But it's initial method of killing people is... cars. Cars, just randomly running people down. Even the machines it designs later for the war are more effective at enraging and horrifying the humans than killing massive numbers of them (e.g. the ones that took control of people). Plus the inexplicable awakening of the humanoid robots, which enables the humans to win the war and which Archos rightfully should have been able to prevent (since it supposedly had control over every robot on the planet. What if Archos was simply trying to make a different world- one where humans coexist with humanoid robots? Or else it just really, really sucks at genocide.

* TearJerker: The North Star drilling team, who unknowingly installed Archos into its location in remote Alaska. The team lost one member during the process, with the rest slowly dying of radiation poisoning due to the location being the site of a nuclear bomb explosion.
** The end of Laura Perez's story, also. Though her children are able to escape (and later help the war against Rob), there is no further mention of her.
