* ItsEasySoItSucks: Much like Super before it, Princess Peach Showtime! isn't a difficult game to beat. Enemies rarely pose a threat, the game overs are extremely forgiving, and not even the bosses put up that much of a challenge (outside of the No-Miss and No-Hit challenges from the post-game). Most of the game's challenge comes from finding all the Sparkle Gems, some of which are cleverly hidden or require perfect play, and the rehearsal modes which definitely have plenty of challenge. Some players, however, do not mind the simpler nature, as it's accessible enough for children to play -- while perhaps having parents do the harder puzzles.

** Given that neither Mario nor Bowser are ever mentioned in the game, fans like to speculate what the two of them (and Luigi) were doing while Peach was at the Sparkle Theater.

* FanartAtFirstSight: The trailers have given fanartists plenty of ammo for amazing art. First, the initial teaser prompted fanart of ponytail Princess Peach. Then, Swordfighter Peach received plenty of artwork as soon as the September 14, 2023 WebVideo/NintendoDirect finished due to the wide LGBTFanbase appeal of Peach's new Bifauxnen design. The other costumes from the same direct -- Detective, Patissiere, and Kung Fu -- would get their own fanart as well, but Swordfighter eclipsed them all in terms of popularity. Other trailers would debut more outfits for Peach with Cowgirl and Mermaid being the most popular ones.

** The game can be seen as the right way to make VideoGame/BalanWonderworld as they both are about the main character getting all kinds of different power ups that change the game play in a stage show environment.
** Plot wise it is very similar to Series/TheSuperMarioBrosSuperShow out of any Mario game. Because it has a strong emphasis on GenreRoulette. This includes but not limited to. The Cowgirl Peach level is like the episode Butch Mario & The Luigi Kid as they are both western plots about a bunch of bandits terrorizing a small western town.

* FridgeBrilliance:
** Great actresses are able to perform in a variety of roles and control their emotions -- either bottling them up or letting them flow like wine. Not only does this work wonders for politics, which requires a level head (she's a princess, remember?), said control over her emotions may have helped with controlling the Vibes.
** Speaking of that game, the Theets' noses glow different colors based on their associated emotional states... or rather, their Vibes. Red for Anger and frustration; yellow for Joy and happiness; blue for Gloom and despair. There's no Scepter to be found, so it's all them.
** Fans quickly noticed Peach having a deeper voice in some of the trailers, especially in her Swordfighter costume, but still sounding like her usual self as Patisserie Peach or when not wearing a costume. As it turns out, she's playing a character in each play, and great actors are known to be able to change their voice to suit the role they're playing. She even affects an American Southern accent into her voice clips as Cowgirl Peach.
** Princess Peach: Showtime! shares the exact same acronyms as its predecessor only in reverse ([=SPP=] to [=PPS=]), that and combined with the numerous mythology gags the game has to Super, Showtime shows that while it isn't a direct sequel as many had hoped after 18 years, it still tries to pay a little nod and respect to its Leading Lady's first time in the spotlight.
