* AntiClimaxBoss: Imperiex Prime is built up as a massive threat, requiring all of Earth's heroes to battle him, possessing the power of the Big Bang, and annihilating Doomsday [[CurbStompBattle in a single blast]]. One would've expected an all-out, climactic battle between him and Superman at the end but [[spoiler: what happens is that Brainiac-13 takes over Imperiex's energies along with War World and by the time Superman is completely amped up from the sun to do battle, the only interaction that happens between Superman and Imperiex is that they share some words before Superman pushes War World with Brainiac-13 and Imperiex back to the Big Bang to destroy them both]].
