** The show also seems to have a thing against physically attractive and....in some cases....assertive women.

* UnfortunateImplications: This show has it out against pretty women, even if they're blameless like "Tank Girl".
** Even more so concerning the secretary in "Blown Off" who's basically punished for being an innocent victim of sexual harassment.
** The real-life feminist explaining that Feminism is a good thing and that the man-hating woman in "Die-brator" does not speak for them is accompanied by a screen-crawl that reads "BLAH BLAH BLAH..."
** In fact; The show's writers just don't seem to like Feminists, assertive women, extremely sexual women or otherwise harmless people of either gender with unusual sexual fetishes (that don't involve rape or abuse, although the latter does tend to get what they deserve as well).

* ReplacementScrappy[=/=]TheyChangedItNowItSucks: Creator/RonPerlman getting replaced by Joe Irwin as the narrator. Considering the show ended not long after, it seems to have been the final nail in the shows coffin (along with the SeasonalRot, taking away the mid-segment interviewees, and Spike TV messing with the show's timeslot).

Perlman was replaced because he had gotten a movie gig, and was unable to be in Burbank for voice recording.

* HarsherInHindsight: Way to Die #181 Pris-Un-Done has some creepy similarities to the Ferguson incident. And it premiered 2.5 years before the incident.

Added DiffLines:

* CrossesTheLineTwice: Many deaths are so horrific that they're spectacular. Take "Balloon Blowout" AKA "Hi-Jacked Off". A would-be hijacker gets pushed into a air brake hose and inflates like a balloon. Horrific, right? But watching him explode on-screen, his body flying in the air and spilling his guts on the people he tried to steal from? Hilarious.

** The germaphobe in "Rubbed Out" yells "Aaaaaah!" ''very'' unconvincingly.
