Sometimes his teammates get annoyed with him, but they never fail to understand (save for when they're BrainwashedAndCrazy) that he's genuinely doing his best and encourage and help fill him in on things he missed, and Brand makes a point of giving Flinch more leadership opportunities when he realizes that he's been neglecting to give it to him, despite Flinch's fears about not being good enough.

** After beginning to form bonds with Jackson, Heathcliff gets his memories back and, feeling like his old self, decides he wants to take over the world. The sad part is that it seemed like after the build up he was getting for a redemption, he was going back to evil. Bittersweet is that this ''needed'' to happen. Although it was nice to see a different side of Heathcliff, without confronting the side of him he forgot, the real problem would never go away-and Heathcliff does feel like he was lied to. (Luckily, after some more tearjerking scenes, he does end up choosing to be a good guy)
