* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: While Riki is the one who killed most of Lagorn's main generals (and Lagorn), he's somehow not the one killing Jarmin. Seeing how much she pissed off Youhei and hit a nerve of Shunsuke as mentioned above, you'd think that they'd be the ones killing them. But no, that task goes to Daichi, who hasn't been personally slighted by Jarmin.

* CreatorsPet: Zulten is a pathetic DirtyCoward per excellence and is loathed by many. Yet he outlived Lehda, Jarmin and Zimba, and isn't killed until the ''final episode''. Lots of Turboranger fans would agree that he is one of the [[TheScrappy disliked Sentai villains ever]] and not in a LoveToHate or [[HateSink supposed to be hated either]].

* NightmareFuel: The Turbo Builder is this for the Turborangers at first. As the ginormous hunk of metal emerges from underground, none are sure on whose side it stands. It's not until after the Turbo Builder takes out its first Bouma that its purpose is explained to them. The haunting music that accompanies its debut doesn't help either.
** Just the first episode and we saw the sight of a man being burnt alive due to the Bouma's early attack. Sure, SpecialEffectFailure may be in effect, but ''what the fuck'', [[WhatDoYouMeanItsForKids this was supposed to be a Sentai that should've been more family-friendly, with teenage protagonists!]] The Bouma really doesn't toy around.
** And the next episode introduces us to Dango Bouma. Who can telepathically round up several humans together into 'Human Dango', which then rolls into the ground and anyone hit with it got absorbed into the ball as it gets bigger and... ''tastier'' [[ToServeMan to be served on a skewer to Ragorn]]. ''Yikes.''

* CompleteMonster: [[BigBad Great Boma (Violent) Emperor Lagorn]] is supreme ruler of the Boma Tribe and sought to conquer Earth and finish the war with humanity and the fairies. Despising [[YouHaveFailedMe failure]] and having a [[HairTriggerTemper short fuse]], Lagorn would [[BadBoss punish his men]] with [[MultiArmedAndDangerous his multiple arms]]. Growing tired of their failure, Lagorn would force his three most loyal generals--[[UngratefulBastard who were responsible for freeing him]]--into final stands, which resulted in all of them being killed by the Turboranger. His [[FantasticRacism hatred for humanity]] would lead him to persecute the Wandering Boma due to being half-human. Following his first defeat due to being set up by Yamimaru and Kirika, Lagorn worked behind the scenes and [[PlayingBothSides manipulated both the Wandering Boma and Turboranger]] into trying to kill each other. Taking advantage of Haruna's desire to end the hate-filled war in a peaceful manner, Lagorn absorbed the energy of the Turboranger and Wandering Boma to gain a new, more powerful body while at the same time, stripping them of their powers. In his final scheme to conquer Earth, Lagorn attempted to use his own castle to destroy the Turborangers' base in order to release the army of 108 Boma sealed beneath it. Not caring about his own tribe and interested only in power and the destruction of humanity, in a series that deals with real-world issues like racism, Emperor Lagorn stands out as extremely monstrous.
