It's revealed that these SIM chips are connected to his satellites that when activated, would cause people to kill each other; he tests its capabilities on a racist church community with only a Kingsman surviving the onslaught, before killing the Kingsman himself. After the full-scale of Valentine's plan is revealed he launnches a global frequency that leads to general masses killing each other off with only Valentine and his followers surviving. Despite attempting to cause massive loss of life, it is done so out of Valentine's [[WellIntentionedExtremist belief of saving the world and the rest of humanity]] and is [[AffablyEvil genuinely affable]] to allies and enemies alike, even asking Eggsy if he's going to make an incredibly lame pun before going out with a smirk.

Taking advantage of both the situation and of Poppy Adams's massive poisoning of all her drug users with a deadly virus as part of a ransom scheme, Whiskey makes it look like he destroyed the antidote vial they retrieved [[MakeItLookLikeAnAccident completely by accident]]. Later confronting, threatening and fighting Eggsy and Harry, Whiskey reveals he intends for all drug users to die not for the potential profit Statesman would achieve in their sales, but because [[CrusadingWidower his own pregnant wife]] was senselessly murdered by two meth users years ago.

As Morton, the Shepherd also fakes his death by having the ship of his boss Herbert Kitchener blown up with everybody on board. Numerous soldiers on each side end up killed in the war as well, including Duke Orlando Oxford's son Conrad. The Shepherd also wants to arrange for Russia to pull out so Germany will focus all its resources on England instead. The Shepherd also blackmails US President UsefulNotes/WoodrowWilson to keep America out of the war and when confronted by Orlando, the Shepherd insists they duel honorably, only to try to kill him with a concealed pistol instead.
