* EpilepticTrees: No, for once, it's not the "Female Riders, No Survivors" one. [[spoiler: A single picture of the [[KamenRiderOOO Core Medals]] set off a wildfire, convincing people that Foundation X would be the next Shocker. Seriously]].

** The Spider Dopant from ''Movie Wars Core''. Holy christ, he basically reached the level of Isaka for this trope by [[spoiler:spreading remote "bombs" around in Futo, making anyone they've devoted emotions to explode on touching them, so that no one will have a hand on his beloved Meliesa anymore.]] From what was portrayed in the movie, [[spoiler:he probably killed largest number of people ''on screen'' in Double's universe.]]

** The Commander Dopant from ''W Returns: Accel''. [[spoiler:A KnightTemplar who murders criminals, even if they've already surrendered. He coldly shoots an inncent person to lay the blame on Ryu, not caring whether or not the shot would be fatal. What truly pushes him into this role is kidnapping Akiko so he can murder her in front of him as the final part of his quest to drive Ryu to become a copy of him. Yes, he did lose his beloved wife to a criminal, but that does nothing to justify murdering people for ''pickpocketing'' and trying to murder someone's wife in front of him to turn him into the exact same person. He even outright admits that he's become evil, but doesn't care anymore. What's even more chilling is he's what Ryu could've been had Shotaro and Philip not been there.]]
** Kamen Rider Eternal. He intended to [[spoiler: turn an entire city into the living dead, then shot his mom dead when she tried to stop him. Sure, being forcibly resurrected would probably do some nasty stuff to your psyche, but that doesn't seem to excuse much the way he sees it. However, this is ultimately subverted when his ''real'' FreudianExcuse is revealed and that he was driven insane by the actions of a true CompleteMonster]].
** Dr. Prospect[=/=]Eyes Dopant is on Isaka's level of sheer unspeakable evil, possibly ''[[BeyondTheImpossible WORSE]]''! The man confined dozens of innocent people (kidnaping heavily implied) under threat of death, leaving them completely terrified of him. And he takes a sick satifaction in this! But he gets worse. He prepares to unleash his Heaven's Fall, a plan so horrific that [[EvenEvilHasStandards even the aforementioned Utopia]] finds it brutal! [[spoiler:It's letting loose a powerful electrical pulse, killing anyone in the entire village who isn't up to his standards for the project.]] When Katsumi stops that plan, Prospect reveals that was the ''least'' painful way he could think of to kill them. [[spoiler:The eyes he implanted in them slaughtered the entire village when they escaped the village. Prospect then rubs salt in the wound at Katsumi's pain, ''laughing his head off'' about the fact he'd just murdered dozens of innocent people! These actions are so horrible, it drove Katsumi ''insane'', making Prospect indirectly responsible for the events of TheMovie.]]

** [[spoiler:The Spider Dopant killing a multitude of people by spreading bombs which will kill the one their host loves the most when they touch all over the city, likely racking up the highest death count in the series.]]

* MissedMomentOfAwesome: Nearly two dozen Memories were seen throughout the series that were never used, including Gravitation, Pyramid, Zero, Lightning, and even Hell. These were mostly seen earlier on, ''very'' briefly, in Kirihiko's breifcase, when he was dealing Memories out to customers.
** The ''A to Z'' [[{{Webisode}} Net Movies]] examine some of the weirder ones, such as Bean and Yoga. [[HilarityEnsues They're hilarious.]]
** Once again, [[spoiler:not only do we fail to see the Unicorn Dopant, we fail to see it's ''upgraded'' form as well.]]

** LawfulGood: Ryu is normally this, but becomes LawfulNeutral when the Weather Dopant is involved.

** The ''Twin Maximum'' is this trope as written. It's supposed to look awesome, But "[[BrokenRecord Maximum Drive, Maximum Drive, Maximum Drive...]]" over and over again while Double writhes in pain, [[IncendiaryExponent on fire]], is just frightening.
*** It's not supposed to be awesome. It's a desperation move, and Philip is clearly against doing it... for good reason.

* CrowningMusicOfAwesome: Wailing Desperation, the then nameless OneWomanWail from the prologue of the first episode; it was really short, but having been presented at a crucial and dramatic moment, it left quite an impact.
** You can hear it again at the end of the first part of "The Girl... A", but with a more subdued and chilling arrangement as it accompanies an important Reveal.
** Double's three Battle Themes, each with their own fitting style.
** Accel's Battle Theme, "Leave All Behind", based on his catchphrase.
** "[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhycohZyQ0s Nobody's Perfect]]", Kamen Rider Skull's theme; sung by the Chief himself, Koji Kikkawa, at the climax of "The B Carried on the Wind".

*** "Extreme Dream" is a very good example of how to properly use this trope. It was only played ''twice'' over the course of the series, both times during particularly climatic battles, rather then being spammed every fight scene after Double get's his SuperMode.
**** Same can be applied to "Leave All Behind", which was also used a total of two times.

Then you have Philip fading away along with the Xtreme Memory, followed by ManlyTears, followed by everyone being depressed, followed by Shotaro geting a goodbye note/gift from Philip telling him to contuine protecting Futo, and for the preview, in order to advert MoodWhiplash, plays Nobody's Perfect instead of the usual W-B-X. Are you sure these guys didn't write {{Clannad}}?]]

* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Shotaro fools Jinno into chasing an imaginary yeti at the end of "J's Labyrinth". It turns out there really is one, and Shotaro and Akiko faint.
