* SoBadItsGood: It's a movie made out of ''Sega CD clips''. This was the best it could aspire to. It does rather well.
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodCharacter: Drexel, the AI obsessed with video games, has some potential... but instead is wasted as a bog-standard "evil computer". The little kid voice they use throughout (even taking into account that they had to change Walter Koenig's dialogue to fit the movie's plot) just makes it impossible to take seriously.
