Sad as it may be, that's not directly related to the show itself.

* HarsherInHindsight:
** All mentions of Creator/AmandaBynes being crazy, especially given how her career had been going on in 2012-2013.
** The unexpected and tragic passing of Music/AaronCarter in 2022 when he was almost 35 puts a very bittersweet spin on his 1998 appearance.

* RetroactiveRecognition: A five-year-old Music/HunterHayes appeared as a contestant on the original series, his talent being a Cajun singer and accordionist. Made even funnier by the fact that Lori Beth even says "Hunter, you're dreamy!"

** WesternAnimation/CatDog appeared on a taping session of Wild Style, in character and rendered in CGI. They were slimed with CGI slime twice: for "Sharing a Seat" and for "Liking Kibble and Catnip".

* SugarWiki/AwesomeMoments:
** Crossed with Funny: A Family Style episode involving the talent "Finds Homes for Retired Racing Greyhounds" has the Secret Slime Action of "Saying the Word 'Is'" and during the second round, Amanda asks: "Is your dog a champion?". When the alarm triggers, it happens to be one of the few times Amanda's not wearing a helmet when she was infamously known for doing so. She at first tries to avoid leaning back--or tries to lean back to avoid it, but ends up successfully letting herself get hit while only feebly trying to use the racing shall to try to deflect it too and taking it with good nature in the end anyway.
** Crossed with Funny: Danny got one by accident in a Wild Style episode when WesternAnimation/CatDog appeared. The talent is "Shows Off Chinese Hairless Dog"In the second half of the episode, the audio and video are not in sync with each other, and the only words left to figure out are "Off" and "Hairless." After Dog misses it, Danny easily guesses "Off" and while he has himself figured it out in the past before, it was so unexpected when Danny guessed "Hairless" that the audience both gasped and cheered and a shocked Summer yelled "DANNY!!!" Danny himself couldn't believe it either.
** Two slimings involving Creator/LuluAntariksa in the same episode--both crossed with Funny:
*** The first SSA is "The High Five" and all the panelists when Jeff tries to set them up for it Lulu, Noah, Creator/HalstonSage and Ciara all immediately become cagey and fearful at what it obviously means (with Noah even saying "I'm a chicken!"). The only good sport, Lulu at first tries to get one of the others to high-five with her; she offers to just high-five herself and then when asking Jeff to high-five her, he rushes across the stage to give her the high-five and then rushes back as Lulu then opens her arms and accepts is.
*** The second SSA "Being Itchy" is triggered when Lulu briefly scratches herself and it's not until Jeff has to point it out that Lulu gets slimed. It takes her more off-guard this time and she's a little annoyed that it's something as trivial as that, but still is otherwise good-natured about it though. She's ultimately the only one who got it at all in the whole episode.
