It's as if the voice-acting and SFX were on the ''same channel''.

* TheyJustDidntCare: It would explain why the plot is such a mess, the numerous animation goofs that they didn't correct despite having plenty of time to do so, and why they didn't even bother to release it into theaters until a year after it was "finished".
