** The Minstrel level, ''which asks you to beat up the annoying bastards,'' and then lets you pretend to be one, is the '''[[CrowningMomentOfFunny Funniest]]''' Level Ever!

* BestLevelEver: UbiSoft's is in some kind of competition with NaughtyDog over chase sequences; Sequence 8, Memory 3; End Of The Road has Ezio ''parasailing'' behind a runaway carriage, dive=bombing like an attack falcon to dispatch mooks!

** What about the Minstrel level, ''which asks you to beat up the annoying bastards?'' And then lets you pretend to be one!

* CrowningMomentOfAwesome: The E3 2011 trailer as a whole. Most notably, Ezio ''(at [[BadassGrandpa 52]])'' fighting against countless enemies ''unarmed.'' And ''winning''. He only loses because he gets distracted by a vision of Altaïr.
** The latest trailer picks up where the first one left off with Leandros about to hang Ezio by pushing him off the top of Masyaf Castle. Ezio escapes by getting the rope around ''Leandros'', then leaping off the edge he was about to be hanged off anyway while holding the rope (with enough slack to prevent a broken neck), which causes Leandros to facefault into the wooden plank while Ezio loosens the noose (still holding onto the rope and maintaining the slack with one hand mind you) and drags it over his head. Ezio then falls ''several stories'' straight down, lands ''on his feet'' and not only DOESN'T break his legs, he then ''gets up and walks away while unconcernedly flipping his hood back up''. Bad. ASS.
*** Better yet? It's ''canon'', as the first memory of Sequence 1 starts ''immediately'' from Ezio's walking away.

* FridgeBrilliance: All of the keyholes in the door of Masyaf's underground library correspond to constellations in the Western zodiac, and all five keys go into the keyholes on the same constellation: [[AnimalMotif ''Aquila'' the Eagle]].

* TearJerker: The E3 trailer (see above). Though a recent interview with the games' developers reveal that Ezio was not hanged at Masyaf and managed to escape.

** The sneak peek of Assassin's Creed Embers. We see him leading a peaceful life and his strong and loving relationship with his playful daughter. But hearing his constant coughing and short breaths as he walks, let alone his pained breathing as he runs frantically towards his daughter after he sees and mistakes Shao Jun as an enemy, it really hits home just how little time he really does have left.
** Altair's memory. We found out in this game that his late life was less than perfect. Especially....
*** The third one: [[spoiler: Altair's youngest son]] was wrongfully execute. Altair came back to Masyaf only to [[spoiler: be betrayed by his own brotherhood and lost Maria.]]
**** It's even more heartbreaking if you've read the version of this event in ''The Secret Crusade''. [[spoiler:Someone close to Altaïr was wrongfully accused of the execution of Altaïr's son and when Altaïr confronts Abbas, he tosses him the head of that person -- Malik. Yes, [[EnsembleDarkhorse THAT]] Malik]]
*** The fourth one: [[spoiler: Altair came back to Masyaf for revenge. It was tragic to the ''original'' assassin became too old for acrobatic move. He can run for a few meters before he stop and coughed.]]
*** The last one: [[spoiler: Where Altair spread his order around the world and seal the Apple along with him inside Masyaf. Not only that, the game even force you to walk Altair through his last moment]]

* CrowningMomentOfFunny: From the gameplay demo, after finding out the Templars have raised the Great Chain, preventing Ezio from leaving Constantinople by boat. Ezio's reaction?:
