* DudeNotFunny: Some of the things that Ricky and Steven make Karl go through is a bit much, to the point where you actually start to feel really bad for Karl. There is a fine line between 'cruel, yet funny' and just plain 'cruel', and they occasionally cross it.
** Special mention goes to when they force him to stay in a really run-down hotel near the Taj Mahal, calling it a "honeymoon suite", knowing full well that he's been very ill and hasn't slept for over a day. The smell is unbearable and he nearly walks out. Plus some of the "activities" like kidnapping scenarios and shark-caging.

** To the point where Karl seemingly becomes so frustrated, he makes a run for it.
* MoralEventHorizon: Whilst much of the show centers around Karl's bad reactions to many of the situations Ricky and Steve put him in, he usually takes it in his stride and gets on with it after some complaining. However, the second series features an instance where, after quite a strenuous workout centred around developing some skills for Thai boxing, Karl is visibly shaking and looks genuinely frightened, moreso than nearly any point in the series - suggesting that Ricky and Steve just might've gone a little bit too far in tormenting him.

* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Karl rides with a bus full of Israelis who pile out at stoplights and dance among the traffic. Effectively, it's a group that lives to cause [=BLAMs=] in the lives of random motorists.
