Nancy's "eternal rival" Amazona also helped set up another attack on Black Rose, after which Rose and Thunder Rosa decided to team up on this "LRF" trio.

* CanonDiscontinuity: For as much of a canon authority Black Rose is anyway. She's technically won WWC's Women's Title belt four times but doesn't consider one of her losses valid. WWC's youtube channel seemed to treat the match where she beat Serena Deeb for the vacant title as a defense and extension of her third reign rather than the start of a fourth.

* RivalsTeamUp: She and [[Wrestling/NecroButcher Grandma Butcher]] teamed up to knock Annie Social and Sumie Sakai out of The PWS Majestic Tournament. Then Negra defeated [[DisguisedInDrag Butcher]].

* DanceSensation: Lead many friends and fans in the Harlem Shake at Women Of Wrestling Puerto Rico. Shawn Prime led an attack to prevent her from doing the same in Future Of Wrestling, which is just as well, since Negra apparently hadn't seen the original yet.

Born in Dorado on Borinquen and hailing from Caimito, San Juan, Nilka García Solís (born November 14, 1981) swam at the Puerto Rican Naval base, performed at PR & El Show del Medio Dia as a dancer, got roles on El Casco de San Juan and El Show de Sunshine Logroño as an actress, appeared in music videos for companies like Saavedra Productions and served as a trainer for Body Fit Concept on Canal 7 Tele Isla and The Spot in West Park Florida. She fought as a boxer for two years before training for mixed martial arts and professional wrestling with El Profe, Ricky Santana, Tommy Diablo and Carlos Colón.

* TimeToUnlockMoreTruePotential: Amber Rodriguez had acquired the services of Rico Casanova, who knew La Rosa Negra's repertoire inside out. Rosa Negra countered this by training with Wrestling/KevinSullivan.

* FanserviceModel: Early in her career this was her main role in the [[ForeignFanservice tradition]] of WWC's Dominican [[EvilIsSexy valets]], even though she was just a Puerto Rican valeting for a Dominican man. She's never completely moved passed it either, still doing shoots for companies like Contralona PR.

* FriendlyEnemy: Infernal KAORU frequently tries to one up Oedo~tai and her W-Fix stable is opposed by Mabutachi 2 Manjimanji. Still KAORU first met La Rosa as a teammate in spite of her affiliations. When they inevitably had matches against each other Rosa could never do better than a draw, and voiced frustration with KAORU [[GarbageWrestler always hitting her with foreign objects]]. KAORU responded [[AffablyEvil by inviting La Rosa out to dinner]]. La Rosa accepted, deciding to leave their differences in the ring.

** She tried to be an evil Boriqua in LLF but was greeted with a "Puerto Rico" chant immediately and her attempts to rile up the crowd just resulted in disappointed silence rather than heat. She was presented as a tecnica against Sádica and Tsumami to much better reactions and engaged in HamToHamCombat with them and Sadik Maiden. She expressed affection for Japan the moment she arrived for World Wonder Ring STARDOM from LLF. At the same time there were several aspects of the culture she bulldozed through, such as when she encountered sushi and {{com|icallymissingthepoint}}pletely missed the point, storing it to cook later as a fish salad.

* HumiliatingWager: Lost a lucha de prendas to La Bella Carmen during the New Wrestling Stars and New Empire invasion when Juliette interfered to help Carmen strip Black Rose. Beat La Morena and Debbie Ross in a triple threat bra and panties match during ''WWC Honor vs. Traicion 2010''. Black Rose and La Morena almost immediately stripped Ross and spent most of the match beating her up before Black Rose finally stripped Morena.

** Her pleas for a ''SHINE 24'' match were repeatedly denied after displaying "concussion like symptoms" due to multiple brass knuckle strikes from Taylor Made. She had the same attitude after being injured by Malia Hosaka and Leilani Kai but relented and stuck to managing Amanda Rodriguez.

* PatrioticFervor: While Black Rose was known for managing ''two'' groups of [[ForeignWrestlingHeel Puerto Rican hating Dominicans]], after working off the island La Rosa Negra found that she was very proud to be a Boricua. She wore "I love Puerto Rico!" on her backside when she returned for WWL ''Insurrection''.

* UseYourHead: Has resorted to head butts, such as a desperate attempt to escape from Sienna Duvall's straight jacket or out of frustration with Mia Yim. La Rosa Negra usually does not strike head to head when doing so, she's nowhere near as hardheaded as Wrestling/ChristinaVonEerie, Santana Garret, Thunderkitty, etc.

* ScarfOfAssKicking: In Mission Pro she gained a sponsorship deal with the twitter account for Wrestling/{{M|axwellJacobFriedman}}JF's Scarf...and the account for Mrs. MJF's Scarf. She treats it as seriously as an a legitimate business endorsement, getting a scarf with a [[https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E7tiJJtWQAU8kPZ?format=jpg&name=small black rose]] on it, and wearing it to the ring even when the heat index exceeds 100 degrees fahrenheit.

* TheCameo: Even when not under contract with WWC, Black Rose could sometimes be seen in the crowd cheering on El Bronco #1. * FinishingMove: Makes use of the rarely seen leg cradle. Rare for cradles themselves, she applies it as a submission rather than a pin. More commonly, La Rosa Negra uses a frog splash (sometimes called the Rose, Scorpion or Coquí splash after her tattoos).

* SignatureMove: Short armed power slam, diving back elbow out of the corner or a slingshot elbow drop to gut of someone against the bottom turnbuckle. Over the shoulder or elevated cradle turnbuckle ram, the latter sometimes dropped into a face buster, the Boston Crab. A springboard moonsault([[Wrestling/UltimoDragon La Quebrada]]) around the time she was with Niche and Lynx.

* FightingYourFriend: She pitted a reluctant Niche against Lynx at WWC's 2011 ''EUFORIA'' Tour and then ordered him to keep attacking his former partner after Niche lost the match.

* FriendshipMoment: When La Rosa Negra challenged for the High Speed Title, her and Starfire's attempt [[LetsFightLikeGentlemen to keep their match clean]] immediately broke down. But when Starfire twisted her knee while countering an inverted face lock, La Rosa Negra was hesitant to continue the match and though she ultimately finished the severely slowed Starfire, La Rosa carried her to the locker room once the bell rang.

** She was flown out of World Wonder Ring STARDOM to get surgery in the USA after tearing both of her knees in a match against Datura only to learn her insurance was not ready to pay for it. So she saw X Wrestling in Florida were willing to give her a contender's match with Su Yung and decided that if her knees didn't work she'd just use her hands. It took being burnt from shoulder to calf trying to stop a house fire to keep her out of matches, with Oedo~tai stablemates Wrestling/{{Holidead}} and Thunder Rosa fighting in her stead until new skin grew and the swelling went down.

** Despite Valkyrie's ''SHINE 18'' attack, she addressed returning member Taylor Made professionally before ''SHINE 21''. Then Rosa and Noemi Bosques were assaulted by April Hunter while Made got brass knuckles...six Shines later Rosa and Made were fighting on ladder to get brass knuckles on a pole...

* SympathyForTheHero She first met "La Chica de la Actitud" Roxxy as an opponent to support Sweet Nancy, who had betrayed Roxxy in EWO. When Amazona also betrayed Roxxy on Vanilla Varga's behalf in WWC though, Black Rose decided to even the odds for her. When Vargas was gone, Rose declared WWC her territory and went back to fighting Roxxy, but it was among the least hostile WWC feuds she ever had.
* TheatricsOfPain: [[{{Determinator}} Usually shakes off most offense before long]] but when something sticks, the way she moves will change entirely ([[{{Determinator}} if not stop]]). The rudimentary covers during her ''WWC Septembre Negro'' match against Serena Deeb is a good example. Her labored movement following an [[FinishingStomp injection of perfection]] on SHINE 18 and Shanna's [[IKnowMaddenKombat goal]] at SHINE 20 are two more. By contrast, her [[PostVictoryCollapse inability to walk for more than a minute]] after a Battling Bombshells title defense in Orlando during 2012 was ''not'' selling.

** When Rico Suave turned on Los Broncos and lead Poder Supremo alongside the New Wrestling Stars New Empire invaders of WWC, Black Rose was not invited and was not spared his wrath.

** La Rosa Negra takes offense to Amber Rodriguez calling herself a Boricua princess, insisting Rodriguez is not even from Puerto Rico. Also, Amber tried to steal her Ring Warriors title belt. La Rosa's even temporarily teamed up with Sienna against Amber and threw in her lot with the Backseat Girlz when Rodriguez's group, '''S'''trength '''I'''n '''N'''umbers, offered her membership.

** There was nothing personal between Black Rose and Krystal de la Potra in the lead up to WWC's 2019 ''Consequencias'' event until Black Rose forcibly drug Krystal away for attacking Rose's old client Ilegal Chicano. Without Krystal Doom Patrol failed to retain the tag titles against him and Xic Xavant.
