She was originally a model, signed in 2006 at the same time as fellow Diva Wrestling/KellyKelly, after Wrestling/JohnLaurinaitis found them both in a swimsuit catalog. She was notably one of the first models signed by WWE to be exclusively trained in developmental territories before appearing on television. She first debuted in 2008 as Wrestling/VickieGuerrero's wedding planner before becoming an official part of the roster at the end of the year.

* PowerTrio: Alicia became the only Diva to take sides in the whole "Wrestling/BellaTwins vs. Wrestling/{{Paige}}" conflict; the other Divas seemed to see it as EvilVsEvil (or at least that they didn't like Paige enough to help her, especially after Nikki name-dropped Wrestling/StephanieMcMahon as her friend), but Alicia allied with the Bellas and became a member of Team Bella, possibly due to her previous issues with Paige driving Alicia to the twins's side in an "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" way, possibly because Alicia might want the power and status that buddying up to the women Paige claimed was controlling the Divas division (not to mention that one of those women is the Divas Champion and had indicated that she was tight with the boss-lady) would get her. Or maybe some other reason; who knows with Alicia?

She's never had an actual FaceHeelTurn though. She's simply appeared on TV in the relevant role. She also became a face again after she failed to help Paige win the Divas' Championship from AJ; Paige was furious and attacked her.
