* The Blue Star of Rocklympus seen in "Six Strings of Evil" has a counterpart called [[https://grojband.fandom.com/wiki/Pink_Star_of_Rocklympus the Pink Star]], which is currently in Trina's possession and was responsible for transforming her from the sweet girl she was to the evil psycho we see in the show. Both Stars came to Peaceville specifically to find Corey and Trina.
* Corey and Trina are raised by a single father, and they don't have a mother; he adopted them on his own. However, Mr. Riffin is unaware of how nasty Trina really is.
** Corey and Trina's real parents are not dead, rather they are gods of Rocklympus who gave them up to protect them from the Blue Star and the Pink Star, which would make Corey and Trina demigods and also explain a lot about what we see from them in the show.
** Their unusual hair color is not dyed; it's entirely natural.
** Corey has subconscious feelings for Laney.
* Laney was the one who came up with the idea for creating Grojband, originally so that she could spend more time with her crush Corey. It's also why she's Grojband's (self-proclaimed) band manager
** Laney's bandmates are actually aware of the fact that she's a girl, but they refer to her as a guy to make her feel more like OneOfTheBoys.
** Laney lives right next door to Corey. In fact, the outside of her house appears in several episodes, but it is never acknowledged in the show.
