** More scenes set at the motel, which shows far more screentime was planned for Violet (implying she was meant to play a far bigger role in the film's overall B-plot), include her wearing a grey one-piece swimsuit sulking over the Tony incident (which was likely removed for similar reasons to the extended Restaurant scene, likely due to the FanService nature of Violet wearing a swimsuit), the scene also implies that Violet forgot about her mom's lesson of wearing her mask from the first film (which would have given Violet a MyGodWhatHaveIDone moment while showing her CharacterDevelopment from the first film carrying over to the second film). This also reveals that Tony Rydinger (Violet's s) was planned to have more screentime (such as by giving Violet a teddy bear and a box of chocolate) and implying his decision to get his memory of the Unmasked Violet incident was meant to have a build-up with him likely having a brief conversation with Bob (who was the one who made the appointment for Tony's memory erasure) before getting his memory erased, implying he was likely going to try to apologize to Violet in-person and inform her of his decision but was unable to do so out of fear of angering her (and her breaking up with him) which explains why Bob didn't reveal Tony's memory erasure to Violet, until Violet meets Tony at school and finds out what happened to him.

** A scene with Dash locking Violet out of the Incredibile as a prank which was dropped for being too mean spirited (it's also implied the scene was at their house, which was under attack by the hypnotized Supers). Another scene also reveals that Jack-Jack's giant form was to have more screentime where he would have cried in the middle of the street with Dash attempting to console him while Violet looks on as she gives an interview to the media, implying he was to do this after Evelyn was taken down.

* Honey Best was going to show up in person and got as far as having concept art (and even was set to appear in the beginning moments of the Underminer's Attack where she would have not only hidden Frozone's supersuit, but actively try to prevent him from going out supering in the DeletedScene Frozone's Wife Honey Appears), but it was decided that she was better as an offscreen voice which Bird was massively disappointed by having to cut her scene out, especially since her planned scene would have made her highly unlikable in comparison to her iconic role in the first film (her reasoning to prevent her husband from joining the Parrs during the Omnidroid battle in the first film was Justified since they had a dinner planned for months, where as she didn't have anything planned in the cut scene for the sequel). Her planned design would ultimately be given to one of the random International Supers in the final film's climax.

* Similar to how the first film's villain Xerek was cut. The original villain for Incredibles 2 was going to be a rogue AI system who would have corrupted all forms of technology and at one point would have attacked Edna's mansion (it's only remains is the DeletedScene Security Breakdown). The villain was dropped due to being too similar to the Omnidroid plot from the first film and being harder to connect as a character.Which is ironic, considering that Pixar has a similar villian in the form of the AUTO in WesternAnimation/WallE

* Winston Deavor was originally going to have a brother named Nelson Deavor who would have evolved into the BigBad over the course of the story. Also He-Lectric was originally planned to be a female Super named She-Lactrix both Nelson's and She-Lactrix's respective designs would eventually evolve into He-Lectric and Evelyn Deavor in the final film. In addition She-Lactrix was planned to be a villain right from the get go which would have made her the first Super-Villain with actual powers! In which she would have faked her hypnotizing, in order to trick the Parr family. Also in a follow up draft in which Nelson and She-Lactrix were fully dropped and swapped with their respective final designs at this point, Bird considered making Winston himself the BigBad who would have copied Comic Xerek's ability series to win every scenario due to his name before downgrading him to being more untrustworthy and the idea was scrapped completely at the behest of Bob Odenkirk (who didn't want to play an animated version of his iconic Saul character) and the role of the main villain went to Evelyn Deavor.
* One of the planned new Supers was a Wanna-Be named Cosmosis who as judging by his name would have had the ability to manipulate spacial distortions on a grander scale, he got decently far along to where he got concept art before ultimately cut (as Bird described) for being too much of a StoryBreakerPower due to how powerful his distortions would've been for the Parrs to actually take down that not even Mr. resident StoryBreakerPower himself Jack-Jack would have been enough to defeat him.

Disney/Pixar and Brad Bird quickly scrapped this idea as not only making up brand new models for adult versions of Violet and Dash would have been difficult seeing as the Family's models from the first film were already being updated with the revamped tech that was introduced in Dory and would have been seen as a huge waste had the aging up scenario actually happened as it would have required even more work for the animators, but that Bird had felt it would have destroyed the Family Dynamic that was established in the first film had the Parrs been aged up.It also doesn't help that Brad Bird himself is highly against aging up established animated characters in general, no doubt stemming from his time as a producer for WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons of which had a similar scenario of the main family and their kids being forced to NotAllowedToGrowUp outside of the occasional WhatIf episodes. It's heavily theorized that the only remnant of the concept is that Voyd's final design in the film was likely originally planned to be Violet's look as an adult (due to their similar proportions and having similar anxiety problems) before being re-developed and repurposed into being her own character.

** A scene showing Violet in class possibly being nervous over Tony's memory wipe, implying at least one more scene showing off Westview Jr. High right before her infamous meltdown with her dad.
** A scene with Dash locking Violet out of the Incredibile as a prank which was dropped for being too mean spirited. The same scene also reveals that Jack-Jack's giant form was to have more screentime where he would have cried in the middle of the street with Dash attempting to console him while Violet looks on as she gives an interview to the media, implying he was to do this after Evelyn was taken down.

This also reveals that Tony Rydinger (Violet's LoveInterest) was planned to have more screentime (such as by giving Violet a teddy bear (which was the only appearance of it, implying she was to destroy it with her powers out of grief and anger upon finding out about Tony's missing her date and the memory wipe) and a box of chocolate) and implying his decision to get his memory of the Unmasked Violet incident was meant to have a build-up with him likely having a brief conversation with Bob (who was the one who made the appointment for Tony's memory erasure) before getting his memory erased, implying he was likely going to try to apologize to Violet in-person and inform her of his decision but was unable to do so out of fear of angering her, this also reveals why Bob didn't reveal Tony's memory erasure to Violet, until Violet meets Tony at school and finds out what happened to him.

* Had the story involving Elastigirl as the lead not worked out, Brad Bird toyed with the idea of actually aging up the Parr family either similar in real time to how WesternAnimation/ToyStory3 aged Andy and Molly up or a far smaller time-skip as seen in WesternAnimation/FindingDory and switching the leads over to Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack. WhatCouldHaveBeen for WesternAnimation/Incredibles2
----
* Similar to how the first film's villain Xerek was cut. The original villain for Incredibles 2 was going to be a rogue AI system who would have corrupted all forms of technology and at one point would have attacked Edna's mansion (it's only remains is the DeletedScene Security Breakdown). The villain was dropped due to being too similar to the Omnidroid plot from the first film and being harder to connect as a character.
* Nomanisan Island (and by extension Mirage) were intended to return as a location and as a character respectively with the former getting as far as concept art before being dropped likely as a result of the death of Elizabeth Peña 5 months later after the sequel was announced.
* Winston Deavor was originally going to have a brother named Nelson Deavor who would have evolved into the BigBad over the course of the story. Also He-Letric was originally planned to be a female Super named She-lactrix both Harold and She-lactrix's respective designs would eventually evolve into He-Letric and Evelyn Deavor in the final film.
* Winston was going to have a scene confronting criminals (which likely would have been either the DeletedScene Slow Day or the deleted Restaurant Robbery scene), which made it far enough for Bob Odenkirk to have recorded the lines, before being dropped.
* Alexander Galbaki, name-dropped as a rival designer by Edna Mode, was originally going to appear as a character, specifically a to Edna. Galbaki would essentially be an anti-Mode: His costumes would showcase his designs rather than being designed for the needs of the hero wearing them and they would have been less durable than Edna's designs as seen in the climax where Elastigirl's Galbaki-design supersuit gets a massive tear on her right shoulder. In early concept art, his costume for Elastigirl would even have violated Edna's "No Capes" rule.
* Kari the babysitter and her parents were supposed to get a cameo appearance in the film's opening, but Brad Bird dropped it because he thought it didn't fit the film, and that he felt Kari's arc was fully resolved in the Jack-Jack Attack short.
* Brad Bird has said that Pixar suddenly switching the release dates of this film and WesternAnimation/ToyStory4 left him without enough time to put in all the ideas he had, but he's keeping quiet about just what he had to leave out for the moment as he still hopes to be able to put them in a third film.
