* WrongGenreSavvy: While the Joker knows Bruce almost as well as a best friend (he did have access to Tim's memories) and could predict his actions very well, Terry makes it a point to let the Joker know that he doesn't know much about himself while [[CombatPragmatist kneeing the Joker]] [[GroinAttack in the Crotch]]. More than that, Terry had and outsiders perspective on the Joker though with in-depth knowledge from studying Bruce's old files, which meant he could more objectively find the flaws in the joker's thinking and planning without the serious personal history that the original Batman had with the Joker. Since most of the joker's plans revolve around goading Batman and making it [[ItsPersonal personal]] to cloud Bruce's judgement and lure him into traps, this is utterly ineffective against terry who just sees Joker a clown. [[VillainousBreakdown The Joker doesn't take Terry's lack of respect well.]]

Misuse. It's Genre Savvy, not just "savvy".
* NeverFoundTheBody: [[spoiler:Harley Quinn falls into a crevasse during the fight between her and Batgirl.]] Barbara mentions this trope by name, but immediately follows up with [[GenreSavvy savviness]] by adding, "But I doubt she'd be stirring up trouble now." Nether of these are Berserk Buttons. As the page says, it's not about something that would logically enrage someone, like a loved one being hurt or otherwise being treated in a way that's disrespecting. The Joker was being mocked throughout the entirety of the battle, so of ''course'' he's going to be PO'd at it. Similarly, Bats origin involved his parents being killed by someone. Of ''course'' he's going to be pissed over it. For more information on the attempt to clean up misused examples, see this discussion thread.
* BerserkButton: ** The Joker's deepest button is pressed when Terry [[spoiler:brutally deconstructs his entire obsession with Bruce and then mocks the Joker's style of jokes, claiming them to be truly pathetic material]]. Compared to how calm the Joker was when Bruce!Batman was thrashing him around and even laughing off the hits, it really hit the Joker hard. ** The Joker mocking Batman's origin makes Bats snap. Joker claims that if Batman were up for ''that'' kind of "fun", he'd have done it years ago, but it does seem like Batman is lethally angry.
