* AteTheSpoon: Gopher is saddled with pumpkin pie-making duty and actually produces a nice-looking pastry, although his methods ("processing" a pile of pumpkins to kingdom come with his signature explosives and mixing the batter with a ''blowtorch'') and ingredients (jalapenos and turmeric) are somewhat... questionable.
-->'''Gopher:''' Yessiree, that's what I like! A dessert with attitude!

* PieInTheFace: Rabbit has to catch the pumpkin pie which was accidentally launched in the air by Eeyore and Tigger. He manages to catch it, but Tigger slaps him on the back with pride. This caused Rabbit to lose his balance on the tipped over table he was standing on and landed face first in the pumpkin pie.

* IronicEcho: When Christopher Robin asks Pooh what he's thankful for at the start of the special, Pooh replies "Nothing short of everything". Rabbit uses the exact same words later when asked what was wrong with the nontraditional Thanksgiving dinner the others had prepared.

* CarnivoreConfusion: Rabbit, a herbivore, is eager to have turkey as part of their traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Granted, he seems to be enthralled by the ''idea'' of a proper Thanksgiving feast as opposed to actually eating it.

''A Winnie the Pooh Thanksgiving'' is a 1998 ThanksgivingEpisode in the ''Franchise/WinnieThePooh'' franchise.

Pooh and his friends all gather together to celebrate Thanksgiving at Rabbit's house, but when Rabbit disproves of their ideas, he comes up with a rather "organized" way to make the Thanksgiving dinner perfect. The animals all set off to find the special items that Rabbit wants.

The special was also included in its entirety as a segment to pad out ''Winnie the Pooh: Seasons of Giving'' in 1999.
