Pan Flag and Wii U instead started arguing incessantly for no reason and by the time they're done, only two burgers are left. Pan Flag, feeling terrible, lets Wii U have the second-to-last burger since "[they] deserve it more". She would not give this to anyone unless they duke it out in her competition show where only one can reign victorious.
