The Chef's Hat is notable because Study spends a few moments contemplating either saving the chef from death or just taking his hat. ** Vinny's famous corruption streams started off fairly humble. Interesting corruptions were few and far between, and when they happened, they were often fairly short events. Vinny has mentioned on occasion in his Corruption Stockpile streams how the RTC has drastically streamlined the viewer experience, shifting the focus away from corrution process solely to the results.

Joel still insists it's not "the real Lidl" as he's familiar with all the weird Lidl-branded merch his local Swedish store sells.

* CassandraTruth: The first part of Vinny's ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry3'' stream has a random Twitch chat member inform him of a Washington state alert system hijacking that was specifically done to advertise Vinesauce. Vinny thought such a thing was too ridiculous to be real, so he started engaging in his usual SelfDeprecation, telling people not to subscribe. It wasn't until another chat member later confirmed the story on Twitter (and again [[https://www.reddit.com/r/Vinesauce/comments/f77k71/emergency_alert_system_in_washington_state_was/ on /r/vinesauce]]) that he seriously addressed it.

** Whenever Vinny hears [[VideoGame/DevilMayCry3 Vergil's "Scum!"]] line in combat, he almost always immediately makes fun of it (by pronouncing it "Shkummm-uh!" in a [[Creator/WilliamShatner Shatner-esque]] accent) and has trouble stifling a laugh afterward.

* ArsonMurderAndJaywalking: In Joel's 2016 Christmas stream, he shows a video showing him strolling the town he got stranded in two years prior. In the video, he says that he hates the town not because of that incident... but because of a video game-themed cafe whose menu contains cheesy gaming references.

* HopeSpot: During a stream of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Joel's Xbox crashed and began to Red Ring, with all efforts to restart it causing it to make a strange "zap" noise. After pleading with it for a few minutes, it becomes functional again long enough for him to restart the game - only to hear that same telltale "zap" sound again, making it obvious that the Xbox really was going to die after all. * BittersweetEnding: In the finale of Joel's ''VideoGame/DwarfFortress'' Megastream [[spoiler: most of the military squad, which incuded a few Hammer Lords, excluding a few lucky ones get stuck in a glitch while outside the fortress, preventing them to get back [[ShootTheShaggyDogStory despite all of Joel's desperate attempts to try and get around the glitch.]] However, one of the original members of the military, Fatgunn, named after a chat member, survives the glitch and returns to the fortress, and proceeds to do a CurbStompBattle against a cyclops with ''their bare hands''. Plus the fort didn't fall into ruin after over 10 straight hours of misadventures, that alone can be considered sweet.]]

* {{Doorstopper}}: During Vinny's playthrough of the ''VideoGame/SuperMario64'' GameMod ''Waluigi's Taco Stand'', people in the comments section have made various claims about the length of the fanfic it was based off of, ranging from 100 to 500 chapters.

* ImageBooru: This streaming channel in particular receives such a large amount of fan art that they set up [[http://vinesauce.booru.org/index.php their own]], so that viewers can upload their fan art and link easily on chat. However, not everyone was content with it and Southbird eventually [[https://booru.vineshroom.net replaced it]] with another.

* OurProductSucks: The stream's slogan of "A Quality Stream" and references to quality in general are used sarcastically.

* PhraseCatcher: Vinny has a number of catch phrases, with "crust" (anything of low quality) and "japes" (trolling or being pranked) being the two most prominent. He also uses "piss" in lots of creative ways. But every once in a while, he'll come up with something that sticks around even long after the game he was streaming when he came up with it is over.

* StraightManAndWiseGuy: Vinny's co-op playthough of ''VideoGame/Sonic3AndKnuckles'' with Imakuni unintentionally turns into one because of the contrast between an experienced Sonic player and someone who has never played a Sonic game before. At one point, Imakuni ends up having a minute-long laughing fit over a situation Vinny has gotten himself into.
