* ExtendedDisarming: Episode 100 has Stampy forcing Hit the Target to drop all forms of weapons he has. Granted, it’s Minecraft, so it doesn’t really give the impression of him carrying a ridiculous amount of items, but this scene was no doubt inspired by this trope.

Hit The Target was spelled as a single word (Hit The Target) instead of three.

* BigBad: Hitthetarget. After appearing as a helper early on, it was quickly revealed that he was attempting to steal Stampy's dogs. Since then, they have developed a long rivalry, where every few episodes he will come back, one of his schemes to steal the dogs will be revealed, and Stampy will win again.

'Stampy's Lovely World' is an ongoing series on the YouTube channel of 'WebVideo/Stampylongnose'.[[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/WebVideo/Stampylongnose StampyLongNose]], as well as his most well-known and popular series. Episodes 1-31 are unavailable on his channel due to the fact that it is not (as) child-friendly. The series currently has over 640 episodes.
The episode playlist of the series can be found [[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEZiAg2bYC7ngh-_Z_ruvzSfn1KPQRL5V here]].

The Lovely World series contains examples of the following tropes:
* BackFromTheDead: [[spoiler: Barnaby, in Episode 500 because of [[RewindGag rewinding]].]]
* BadassPacifist: Polly Reindeer succeeded in [[spoiler: chasing Hitthetarget and Veeva Dash away by throwing "Snowballs of Doom" at them]], while Fizzy Elephant has managed to stop the Evil Duo's plans [[spoiler: thrice, in Episodes 400, 438 and 526 (for the latter two, see below at BigDamnHeroes)]].

* BigBad: Hitthetarget. No matter what the problem, whether it be missing dogs or an army of clones, it is a safe bet to assume Hitthetarget is behind it.

** In Episode 355, [[spoiler: William Beaver shows up to help Stampy defeat the Wither that Veeva Dash and Hitthetarget spawned]].

** In Episode 438, [[spoiler: Fizzy Elephant throws cookies around, causing Hitthetarget and/or Veeva Dash to pick up the cookies, giving Stampy the chance to shoot arrows at them (giving him somewhere to aim)]].
** In Episode 526, [[spoiler: Fizzy distracts Hitthetarget long enough for the rest of the Minecraft Helpers to arrive in time to help Stampy chase Hitthetarget away]].
** In Episode 542, [[spoiler: William, Polly and Fizzy break into Hitthetarget and Veeva Dash's fortress to rescue Stampy]].
** In Episode 580, [[spoiler: Polly-bot arrives [[JustInTime just in time]] to scare the Evil Duo into running away]].
* BigEater: At the start of each video, Stampy Cat devours an entire ''Minecraft'' cake.
* BigNo: When he is blown up by a random [[spoiler:creeper]] in his [[https://youtu.be/K9IMnrIygo0?t=3m20s 2000 subscriber special.]]
* BowAndSwordInAccord: Both Stampy and Hitthetarget wield both a sword and archery equipment. However, the former possesses an enchanted diamond sword and the latter uses a stone sword (sometimes plain diamond but rarely).
* ColourMotif: Often builds things in orange and white, as that is the colour of his ''Minecraft'' skin, and by extension the colour of his ''Lovely World's'' flag.
** Hitthetarget and Veeva Dash have taken red and black as their colours, confirmed in Episode 418.
* DarkerAndEdgier: While by no means dark, the Hitthetarget episodes are far more intense and action-packed than the usual relaxing episodes of ''Lovely World''. In addition, some of Hitthetarget's plans, such as [[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals attacking Stampy's dogs,]] are darker than the usual tone of the series.
* [[TheDeterminator Determinator]]: Hitthetarget has never quite given up on his goals.
* DressingAsTheEnemy: In Episode 472, [[spoiler: Stampy pretends to be Veeva Dash to save his dogs and Helpers...tried in the latter case]].
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: The very early episodes of ''Lovely World'' are more survival-based than building-based, with some of them not even taking place in the ''Lovely World''. For many of them, Stampy is also alone, without his usual group of Minecraft helpers. Stampy's personality comes across as being quite different too, as the series was originally aimed at older viewers.
* EvilAllAlong: [[spoiler:Veeva Dash]] was a Minecraft helper, until [[spoiler: she revealed she was an ally of Hitthetarget in [[https://youtu.be/TsTBqx0LZrw Friends and Foes.]]]]
* EvilSoundsDeep: When Hit the Target [[spoiler: steals Stampy's voice in the episode Saving The World, it sounds signifigantly deeper than Stampy's normal voice]].
* FaceHeelTurn: Hitthetarget started as a regular Minecraft helper, before he turned evil and became the BigBad.
* FemaleFelineMaleMutt: Duncan and Mittens play this trope straight; their rumored relationship lampshades this.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Before Hitthetarget attacks, there are often signs such as arrows on the ground and the dogs being upset, which Stampy sometimes [[LampshadeHanging lampshades.]]
* FriendToAllLivingThings: Has ten dogs and one cat in his ''Lovely World'' which he often takes out with him on adventures.
* FurryConfusion: Refers to himself as a cat, but has a pet cat called Mittens.
* {{Futureshadowing}}: In The First Cake, Stampy sees a future Stampy save himself from Hitthetarget, which becomes one of the conflicts in Cat to the Future.
* HeelFaceTurn: Hitthetarget retended to have one in Revelation (Lovely World Episode 76), but was in fact faking.
* HeroicDog: Stampy's entire wolf/dog pack. Notably demonstrated in Episode 418, in which [[spoiler: the entire pack chases Hitthetarget away]]. Also demonstrated in Episode 438, when [[spoiler: the dogs/wolves teleport to Stampy to warn him that Hitthetarget and Veeva Dash are up to some other nefarious plan again]].
* InterspeciesRomance: His cat Mittens is currently dating his dog Duncan.
* IronicName: (see below at Irony)
* Irony: [[spoiler: In Episode 42, during the first battle against Hitthetarget, Lucky is one of the [[RuleOfThree three dogs]] taken to battle because "Lucky's lucky", but of all three of the dogs, Lucky dies.]]
* JerkassGenie: In his 2014 Halloween special, he tells the story of an evil pig who transforms into a zombie pigman by night called Mr. Porkchop. He was originally a human pig shepard who was trying to raise the largest pig in order to win a competition. A witch offers to grant his wish for a pig larger than every other in exchange for all his other pigs. When he agrees, she just turns him into a Pigman and takes all his pigs.
* LadyOfBlackMagic: We never quite know what Veeva Dash is thinking or saying, but she is known for [[WeaponOfChoice using offensive splash potions as weapons]].
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Hitthetarget. Stampy has stated that HTT's aim is about as bad as his own, but he himself is decent at archery. Therefore, by logic, HTT himself should be decent with bows and arrows.
* NobleWolf: (see above at HeroicDog)
* ObfuscatingStupidity: As his ''Lovely World'' is aimed at younger viewers, he often ignores obvious clues that Hitthetarget is planning something in order not to spoil this for his viewers, and to make the upcoming Hitthetarget episode more exciting.
* OfficialCouple: It has been confirmed on Twitter that Hitthetarget and Veeva Dash are together, as in, a couple. However, the Lovely World Series itself has not yet confirmed this, possibly due to the younger audience's possible lack of understanding for romantic relationships.
* PutOnABus: At the end of Episode 339 , [[spoiler:Lee Bear departs to go hunt down Hitthetarget.]]
* RewindGag: [[spoiler: Main theme of Episode 500 and the episodes leading up to it.]]
** SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong: [[spoiler: Stampy, in Episode 500, multiple times.]]
* RoaringRampageOfRevenge: Goes on one in Episode 500 after [[spoiler: Hitthetarget kills Barnaby]].
* SavageWolves: In Episode 42, [[spoiler: Hitthetarget's own wolf attacks Stampy, who kills it]].

* UnholyMatrimony: (see above at OfficialCouple)
* WeaponOfChoice: Stampy and Lee Bear and their enchanted diamond swords, Hitthetarget and his bow and arrows, Veeva Dash and her splash potions, and William Beaver and his diamond sword.
