We never see the original Harley after she goes with the original Goblin, and, when we see the original Goblin again, nothing indicates that he has explicitly reverted to his previous self. The two who seem disinterested in each other are reboots who only exist because the original characters went into a pocket dimension to be together. As we know nothing about them as characters, and they haven't done bad things (only appearing in roughly five seconds of screen time), it certainly isn't a kick the dog moment.
