In Part Two, Ganon confronts Michael after catching him and Hark work together, which causes a panicky Hark to hide. * AgainstMyReligion: When Link offers Gwonam a trip to the merchant shop to buy some beer, he refuses because he was a Muslim, and therefore cannot drink beer. Gwonam, however, is pulled into it anyway.

* StuffBlowingUp: Both collabs have an ungodly amount of explosions:
** When the toastermech falls onto the ground, just right after Gwonam and Luigi escape, it explodes.
** After Mario and Luigi escape a Wal-Mart, it explodes. Justified since a bomb was actually in it.
** Blitzo uses a bazooka at the pizzeria and the entire place blows up.

** Despite this being a situation prone to explosions, the train crash averts this trope, with the only damage being shown on three of Ganon’s killer trains.

King Harkinian realizes that Hyrule Castle has no dinner, and after months of famine, Link dies of starvation, so Hark searches for spare Links. All of them are gone, which results in Hark stealing all of the toasters from the Mushroom Kingdom so he can perform black magic. Mario and Luigi get onto Hark’s scheme, and then they go on a quest to find the toasters. This results in tons of hijinks, eventually enabling Ganon to go after them.

In Part Two, the story picks up where it left off. Ganon confronts Michael after catching him and Hark work together, which incites a panicky Hark to hide. Hark falls into the future, whereas Michael is tortured with a screening of ''Film/{{The Wicker Man|2006}}.'' Ganon and Frollo then arrest Hyrulian citizens for Ganon's greatest [=YouTube=] Poop. Everybody then breaks out of the prison, and more hijinks ensue, involving several car chases, a high-stakes (both figuratively and literally) battle on a train, and meeting old and new faces.

* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Homer Simpson was a prominent character in the prison scene leading up to the scene where the teams retreat to a cave. After he glitches out (rule of funny, mind you), he is never to be seen again.

* PaletteSwap: Along with Morshu, several other clones of himself exist, albeit with different colored outfits such as Worshu (blue), Horshu (red), and Dorshu (green).

* OurGodsAreDifferent: While Allah is usually depicted as an Arabic character (letter in this context), he is depicted as the Hindu god Shiva.[[note]]In Muslim culture, however, this is forbidden since one of Islam’s major laws is to not depict Allah visually, to prevent idol-worshipping.[[/note]]

** Link has a clone of him named Dark Link who looks exactly the same, the only difference is the latter’s ahegao jacket.[[note]]Link was the jacket's original owner, but when Dark Link wins a game of basketball, he wins the jacket.[[/note]]

* ShoutOut: When Agent 47 shoots at Adolf Hitler in hell, Hitler dodges the bullets in a fashion similar to how Mask dodges the bullets in a scene from The Mask.
