** ''Time'': The band brought in Music/{{Traffic|Band}} guitarist Dave Mason and country singer Bekka Bramlett as [[ReplacementScrappy replacements]] for Rick Vito and Stevie Nicks, but the resulting album bombed even harder, completely missing the Billboard album charts and any sales certifications, failed to capitalize on the revival of interest in Fleetwood Mac following the one-off reformation of the Buckingham/Nicks lineup at the first inauguration of UsefulNotes/BillClinton, and promptly broke up the band. While the classic lineup reunited just a year later and achieved reasonable success with a live album and tour in 1997 and one more studio record in 2003, they have still never recaptured the sales figures or critical approval of their golden period since reforming, besides "Dreams" re-entering the Top 20 in 2020 [[RevivalByCommercialization after being used in a viral TikTok video]]. With the death of keyboardist/vocalist Christine [=McVie=] in 2022, Mick Fleetwood said that the band was likely all but over.

* ''Blue'' by Music/ThirdEyeBlind: Their self-titled debut album was massive success that spawned multiple hit singles, but the band had to deal with a badly TroubledProduction for their DarkerAndEdgier follow-up. Not only was there pressure from their record label, but a lot of tension was brewing between frontman Stephan Jenkins and lead guitarist Kevin Cadogan, which ended on the band firing Cadogan just days after touring begun. When the record was finally released, only one of its singles did well and the album's sales were very disappointing compared to its predecessor. They never achieved any mainstream success again afterwards. Todd mentioned the band's decline in popularity (and that he was a fan) in his ''Crown Royal'' Trainwreckord.

* ''Highway Desperado'' by Music/JasonAldean (2023): After having been one of country music's biggest stars for nearly twenty years, his career was shaken heavily in September 2022 after his management team The [=GreenRoom=] cut ties with him in the wake of Instagram comments made by his wife Brittany that were heavily viewed as transphobic. Things only got worse when the music video for his first single following this, "Try That in a Small Town" was released in July of 2023, which sparked controversy upon release due to accusations of pro-lynching undertones surrounding it, causing the music video to be pulled from CMT rotation and the song itself to reach #1 on the Hot 100. Despite this, once the album came out in November that year, it only reached #19 on the ''Billboard 200'', becoming his first record to not reach the Top 10 since his 2005 debut, while the follow-up single "Let Your Boys Be Country" failed to chart. Considering Aldean's aforementioned newfound infamy as a result, it's extremely likely that Todd will consider this Aldean's Trainwreckord depending on whatever happens next.
