While she's known to lie about a lot of things, and that she was able in some way to fool and convince at least 3 different women of being her mothers, all of them unknowing of each other, and we also don't know either if one of them is really her mother or not and also if there are others. But is notable that in all her identies she always decided to took surnames which are indeed Italian ones, and common ones. And also, all the three surnames, Rossi, Bianca and Verdi, are surnames that translated are, in the exact order, the colors red, white and green, which are the colors of the Italian flag.

The Supreme has enough knowelge and power to put silence spell on Kwamis and bind them so Tikki and Plagg are unable to combine into Gimmi, with both locks being active even in another universe. We have never seen somebody have this kind of power over Miraculoses before, even less from somebody who dosen't posses jewels anymore, but Miracolouses of Shaybug and Clan Noir's world just being created that way would be apropriate explanation for how much control the Supreme has over them. Of course this does beg guestion why they are able to be used against the Supreme in first place, but as show's AlternateCharacterInterpretation page posits, the Mage may not have been a person to consider all posibilities when deciding on which rules and limitations Miraculouses would work.

While Gabriel was a busy man and usually didn't play an active role in causing a target's negative emotion himself unless the opportunity came to him by luck, Lila has much more spare time and goes outside much more often, giving her plenty of opportunities to piss people off herself.
