** 1. Jossed. He doesn't become firmly on the side of evil until the ''final'' act.
2. Confirmed. He briefly becomes Agent Venom in the first third and can help fight crime for a little bit with the Spider-Men after tagging along with Peter to rescue Tombstone.
3. Jossed. Other than maybe his ''slightly'' effeminate mannerisms, there is no hint whatsoever that he's homosexual. He does express his love for Peter, but it's clearly in a brotherly fashion and doesn't have any more undertones than other depictions, plus when he separates himself from MJ and Peter during the carnival, he clearly states albeit jokingly that he wants to see if he gives off "casanova vibes".

[[WMG: Anti-Venom doesn't have healing powers]]
In the comics the Anti-Venom suit has the power to heal others, prompting many fans to question why Peter doesn't use it to fix Harry. However in the comics it is a notable plot point that these healing powers can remove the powers of a Spider Man, meaning it can be inferred that if it had those healing powers, Anti-Venom would have removed Peter's powers as soon as he got it. The next game may see a moment where for whatever reason Peter is prompted to point out he doesn't have powers like that.

* Like I mentioned above for a similar theory: Given the Insomniac leaks, there's a ton of cut content in the game and story. Venom's original plan was [[spoiler:to take over an oscorp tower and use its technology to create a portal to allow more symbiotes and symbiote infected creatures to invade earth]] with the Spider-Men ultimately putting a stop to it. There's a chance Knull had something to do with that, but given how powerful he is, legit at cosmic levels of power, I doubt he was involved as this would imply the Spider-Men fighting him. They are being pushed as strictly street-level heroes and couldn't even touch him.

** Alternatively, he could take inspiration from the 94 cartoon and have him be MJ's possessive ex-boyfriend, making him a more personal foe. If they go this route, they can play up his creepiness factor and his fight will instead be a tense sequence where you have to evade him attacking you from [[ParanoiaFuel potentially anywhere]].

* The Thousand: He appears in a series of sidequests that plays out like a murder mystery where you have to find the source of empty skins. Could be a chance to had some more horror to the game.
* Iguana: Mainly as an excuse to bring a variation of the intelligent MadScientist Lizard after Conners was a feral version in the previous game. They could play up his origin as a test animal to make him more of a eco-terrorist with a grudge against humanity.
