In the opposite direction, becoming Baron will slowly make Kaito become a better person because of his self-discipline and code of honor as he learns to use his powers responsibly eventually ending with him becoming TheHero. Seriously, the show basically takes every moment to remind us that Kouta and Kaito are NotSoDifferent, it's completely possible.
