[[WMG: The glasses-based computers (Serious Business Goggles and iShades) and other such computers with no typing input are operated by voice-to-text.]]
They have to operate them ''somehow'', and we're definitely not seeing any holo-keyboard popping out like Jade's computers. This is also supported when the [[CloudCuckoolander crocodile]] was [[VerbalTic nakking]], "[[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004807 MY GLASSES ARE TALKING TO ME]]," which may suggest the process can work both ways.

Considering [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=006085 the robot parts in D Strider's bathroom]], and the fact that one of them resembles the head of [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=003344 a puppet his pre-scratch self had]], this might not be that much of a stretch.

[[WMG: Calmasis is what Lil Cal sees himself as.]]
To the outside world, he's just an ordinarily creepy puppet. But inside his mind he's a scheming, very much alive boy/girl who casually grows in importance.

[[WMG: The Haunting Refrain is going to be important.]]
I know it's a little obvious, but come on. One of the salamanders even says that the heir will play a secret song to awaken the slumbering one! How could it not be Showtime?

[[WMG:The Green Sun runs on nuclear fission]]
In Homestuck both radioactivity and Becquerel are accompanied by green light and prototyping Bec with the Kernelsprite made Uranium Imps, so it's possible that the Green Sun runs with it
* Stars run on fusion, not fission. Fission doesn't provide enough energy and can't be done with lighter elements, as uranium and the like aren't that common in space.
* [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004945 That It Hasnt Collapsed Upon Itself Into A Tiny Lavender Singularity Is The Most Striking Marvel Paradox Space Has Coughed Up Yet]] (see AlienGeometries, EldritchLocation, FunctionalMagic, HyperspaceIsAScaryPlace).
** Still doesn't change the fact that stars use fusion not fission. However Andrew apparently knows about as much about astronomy as he does biology given that [[SciFiWritersHaveNoSenseOfScale the Green Sun is also twice the size of a universe]], so I concede that in canon it's likely
** But the Green Sun is outside any universe, so a star with a mass twice the universe's is entirely possible, along with uranium getting involved in nuclear FUSION...
*** That's like inflating your body to the size of the galaxy; there's simply no way it would logically remain stable. What seems to be the case most likely is that the Sun is not really a Sun so much as a quasi-magical force of spatial energy underpinning the Multiverse.
**** You mean sort of like the frog large enough to contain a universe?
*** Remember that the object being discussed can somehow exist in the absence of anything to exist ''in'', as it's outside any universe. After that point further physics violations become rather elementary.
*** The Green Sun was also made from the combined explosion of two universes, and presumably that's what's fueling it (it's like a contained big bang). And in a sense, that could be driven by fission (all the elements and mass of the universes are being broken down by the explosion vortex, aka 'sun').

[[WMG: Problem Sleuth and (by extension) Jail Break are the future of Homestuck.]]
Specifically, it's where Dave is currently residing. It's already got the skyscrapers, so the meteors just need to destroy some of them in such a way that the remaining buildings are in a grid-like pattern.
* Problem Sleuth, Jailbreak, and Bard Quest are all video games in the world of Homestuck.
** We have videogames with historical settings in RealLife. Problem Sleuth and Jail Break are videogames with prophetic settings.
** The canons are too irreconcilable, the different origin stories are impossible in the same canon and the universe is completely sideways in PS.
*** That's just the Immaginary world (the one accessed through the portals and the forts). The real world where they ended up in the epilogue though...

[[WMG: Andrew is pulling out all the stops to not have [[Tropers/{{Goldude}} this troper]] dub any character TheScrappy.]]
Rewind a bit before Wayward Vagabond found the etiquette book. All caps, extremely rude. Basically a troll. Then he finds the book. Next, he makes us ''control the character''. He gives him a likable personality. The final nail in the coffin to [[RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap being rescued from the scrappy heap]] is giving him the APPEARIFIER. Now skip ahead to Jade. Oh look! A teleporter! Damn. She still has the [[ScrappyMechanic Captchal-]] wait, she always guesses right the first try? OK. Wow, These less frequent updates are awesome. Oh wat... What's this? They gave Periwhatever Magistrate an over-the-top and crazy mailman persona!
* This really does seem to be one of the author's goals. He's made a furry and a juggalo beloved characters despite their being much-hated internet targets. Even the TokenEvilTeammate gC is pretty lovable, in a sick and twisted sort of way.
** What are you talking about? gC (Terezi Pyrope) isn't at all evil. Not in the slightest bit (in context at least).
*** Except that part where [[spoiler: she sent John to his death knowing full well that he had no chance because of her powers as the seer of mind]] but yes she ment well and is utterly adorable in a slightly disturbing way.
** Future has Vriska and Snowman say hi.
*** Vriska had what can best be described as a cannibal single parent, so it wasn't exactly easy for her growing up; and she's still kind of remorseful for everything she had to do. Snowman, on the other hand, has no such saving grace... yet...
** Vriska was partially a deliberate attempt to enrage the fandom so that Andrew could essentially see what happens. So in this event, yes Vriska was designed by Andrew to be dubbed a Scrappy.
*** It probably says something that even a character [[TheyPlottedAPerfectlyGoodWaste specifically designed]] to be a {{Scrappy}} (universally hated) ended up being a BaseBreaker instead.
* It still doesn't explain Eridan, though.
** Seriously he has has his fans (and double that for his March form) but does he have any redeeming values at all?
*** When he's not ruining everything, his antics are hysterical.
** Eridan was pretty much a villain, or something very close to it. Disliking villains doesn't reallt make them into scrappys

[[WMG: Every character in Homestuck is clinically insane.]]
There should be no reason why this is not true.
* Even the Wayward Vagabond?
** He made ''Can Town''. I think that qualifies.
*** Well, "clinically" may not suit him. Or maybe he's a hallucination
* [[FunnyAneurysmMoment It may not be too long before this is actually true.]] [[spoiler:The Warweary Villein witnessed his army get slaughtered in ''seconds''; Jack Noir has seemingly gone on a berserk rampage; gallowsCalibrator seems to have lost it, and with their impending doom, the other trolls may follow; Mom has seemed somewhat unhinged throughout the story; Davesprite is from an alternate future where John and Jade were dead; John has had a HeroicBSOD twice, found out that he has a RoomFullOfCrazy, and created himself and his friends through ectobiology; Rose fused with a dream self from the aforementioned alternate future, and has Lovecraftian horrors talking to her; Dave threw his own corpse out the window, then just stared at his hands for ten minutes; Jade taxidermied her own grandfather before the story started, and now her dream self has died; and sooner or later it's going to sink in that pretty much everyone the kids ever knew, except the kids themselves and their guardians, is DEAD.]]
** IMO, Rose doesn't ''look'' like she's snapped... but she (and Dave) cares more about self-image than John or Jade, so it'll take longer to show if she really has.
*** Nobody can be clinically insane if there are no clinics
* May not be ''every'' character, but it is interesting to note that Wikipedia lists 12 currently accepted personality disorders. It doesn't require ''too'' much in the way of mental acrobatics to assign one to each.
** And sincerely, some of the trolls are genuinely insane. Gamzee and Eridan, and Vriska to an extent. ThereAreNoTherapists on Alternia. As for some of the other examples, WV has the intellect of approximately a 2nd grader and the others are showing stress pretty blatantly. This WMG hits on one of the underlying themes of Homestuck. Look out for more of this as we proceed probably.

[[WMG: Andrew Hussie reads the TV Tropes page on Homestuck.]]
Not long after PreemptiveDeclaration was added to the page, said trope got an even better example in-canon. Also, suspiciously many of the WMG entries above have come true-- well, the more reasonable ones anyhow-- and he does have a penchant for invoking SureWhyNot. On top of that, various terminology someone unfamiliar with TV Tropes would be unlikely to use is peppered throughout Homestuck, such as the mention of [[ChekhovsGun Chekhov's Juice]].
* Tarvos "adiosToreador" Nitram's first chat with Jade gave him some [[TheWoobie woobie]] potential, or enough to make him an example of the trope on the character page. Act Five has him becoming an '''''even better example''''' of a woobie to [[{{Tearjerker}} tearjerking]] BeyondTheImpossible levels. It's a little suspicious, to say the least, and makes you wonder if Andrew was browsing the Homestuck character page as well.
** He does not. He does like the concept of TvTropes but feels in it's execution we miss the point of the work in favor of categorizing and filing everything about it.
*** Is that not the point of the work? To locate, identify and sort all repeated memes throughout history? Surely Hussie can appreciate this after all some of his fanbase has actually resorted to spread sheets to sort all character information, events and callbacks.
** Okay he clearly does, he has used a Tv Tropes page as evidence in his formspring ownage sessions on more than one occasion and we can safely assume he has at least skimmed the Homestuck page which is like what 97% of all the tropes ever?
*** Let me rephrase the point above. He may read it on occasion but still to this troper's knowledge he doesn't especially ''like'' it.

[[WMG: The SBURB games are counting down.]]
* The special number in the Troll's game? 612. 6+1+2= 9. The Kid's game? 413. 4+1+3= 8. My guess is, there can only be 7 games after this.
** [[http://homestuck.bandcamp.com/album/mobius-trip-and-hadron-kaleido 214?]]
** Alpha is 11 11 11 or 2X3 either way thats 6 so maybe it's not exactly in order, what with the timey-whimey and whatnot.
*** Unless the 7th game was the one that "created" the Alpha session. At least, we know UU is or has been in a session of her own.

[[WMG: Homestuck is a re-imagination of Earthbound/Mother 2]]
There are a lot of simulates between the Four Kids of Homestuck, and the Four Kids of Mother. Plus, both are pretty wacky and have similar meanings to the words. ("Home/Earth" & "Stuck/Bound") As such with MSPaint Adventures' style of getting more epic and raising the stakes in each adventure, some sort of Giygas-ish monster could only rival the hideousness of the DemonHead-Mob Boss of the previous adventure. Oh, and both have time travel as part of the story-line.
* For added fun, there's a flash called Alterniabound.
* This one isn't a guess.
** Yeah confirmed by word of god? Homage, yes. Retelling, no not really.

[[WMG: Homestuck will not be finished by 4/13/10.]]
Out of the four protagonists who are supposed to have reached Skaia by the end of the adventure, as of just under four weeks before the deadline (3/17/10), only three have begun their [=SBurb=] sessions, only two have successfully entered the Medium, only one has tagged the first gate, and not one has started their journey to the second gate. Also, Hussie has been having computer problems recently. [[SonicLover This Troper]] will be impressed if he manages to wrap things up in such a small timeframe. By this time in ProblemSleuth one year ago, we had already begun the WhereAreTheyNowEpilogue!
* [[WordOfGod The story is slated to end no later than 4/13/11. A major plot event is planned for the one-year anniversary.]]
** Ah, two years instead of one. That's a much more generous timeframe. So anyone got any guesses what this "major plot event" is going to be?
*** Most likely Dave entering but could also be Rose ascending, John ascending again, or a new Exile or Troll development. There'll probably be an intermission afterward too.
* An update: [[WordOfGod Andrew Hussie's original plan has since morphed to "do a really kick-ass animation" come 4/13/10. He says he'll wrap up the act shortly afterwards and eventually get around to revealing the major plot event originally stated to occur on this date.]]
* Currently 4/22/11 and Homestuck just started Disc 2.
** Plan for over a year now has been "Homestuck will be done when it's done"

[[WMG: The First Guardians ARE capable of commiting suicide.]]
The reason Doc Scratch can't is because it would stop LE from coming into power.
* Nope. Doc's death is the trigger to bring LE into the universe, no matter what. He is physically incapable of harming himself.

[[WMG: In the end, it will all come down to a pumpkin]]
[[RunningGag What Pumpkin?]]
* [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=4&p=001298 THIS PUMPKIN!]]
** Pumpkins aren't really that important in Homestuck.
** It will probably be that Problemsluth hammer that has never been mentioned again, or that regular hammer that is still in John's strife card. Because neither of those things stopped being things that were mentioned.
*** A universe is to a frog as all of Paradox Space is to a pumpkin. The series will end with a pan out sequence making this true and then the pumpkin will blink out of existance. Hussie will then refuse to comment on it.

[[WMG: Sburb is powered by [[GurrenLagann Spiral Energy]], and ''Homestuck'' is a prequel to ''Gurren Lagann''.]]
Let's look at it, shall we? First of all, the symbol of Sburb is a spirograph, which by design is made up of spirals. It's also associated with the colour green, as seen in the spirograph, the block-house symbol, and the First Guardians, and Spiral Energy is green. It can create matter through alchemisation and deploying objects. ''Homestuck'' uses a prominant genetics motif in the Pesterchum initials and Ectobiology, while Spiral Energy is the force behind evolution and genetics are reflected in the names of Lord '''Genome''' and his generals. Additionally, the kids are making use of Spiral Energy - when John "did the windy thing", the Breeze manifested in a giant spiral, and then later, ''air drills''. Rose, through her attempts to break the system, is ROW ROW FIGHTING THE POWER. And the Dersites, being black, smooth, hairless, and with white highlights, resemble Anti-Spirals, a fitting role for those who oppose the kids and Skaia, which is a well of Spiral Energy. The reason that Sburb targets its meteors at the players and their home planets is more than a coincidence; it's to prevent Spiral Nemesis by taking out the number of potential users. Eventually, on the future Earth, the remenants of humanity, having moved underground, will form a civilisation, and the technology used in Sburb will be used to create the Gunmen, another invention that allows Spiral Races to use Spiral Energy. Of the carapace creatures who took up residence on Earth, the Prospitians, as the guardians of Skaia, may have adapted Sburb's methods of harnessing Spiral Energy to create the Gunmen, however, since we never see any in ''Gurren Lagann'' they were probably driven to extinction by the Beastmen. Meanwhile the Derseites, refusing to compromise their plans of destroying Skaia, seal away their conciousness and become the first Anti-Spirals. Lord Genome is in charge of Skaiainet and was responsible for coding Sburb. He will also eventually use Ectobiology to create the Beastmen by combining the paradox slime from humans and animals. And, going with an above theory, Bro is not the reincarnation of Kamina, but Kamina (and, by extention, the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann) is the reincarnation of Bro.
* So much joss up in this theory.
** Just because Andrew said he didn't know about ''Gurren Lagann'' to reference it intentionally [[StopHavingFunGuys doesn't mean we can't come up with insane crossover ideas.]]
** Anti-Spiral Gunmen in Homestuck it's gonna happen.

[[WMG: Dutton ended up in dream bubbles in the Furthest Ring when he slept because of the efforts of a dark god: his own future self.]]
The Squiddle-Dutton hybrid, the Duttle, is a clue to this. He may have become a dark god as a result of dying while sleeping, his god-made dream self becoming a god himself.
* Only players are remembered in dream bubbles

[[WMG: Billy the bell suit diver is a representation of Dave]]
In episode 13, Billy is seen examining a TreasureMap with the assistance of four Squiddles. This is obviously a reflection of Dave working with the horrorterrors on the map to the Green Sun.
* Looking pretty good so far! Especially since Dave is going to have to help Rose deliver the Tumor.

[[WMG: All sixteen characters will somehow reach God Tier.]]
Including all the ones with dead dreamselves [[spoiler:and, in Tavros's case, dead realselves]]. IT WILL HAPPEN SOMEHOW.
* Not to spoil fandom or anything but that is highly unlikely and also impractical.
** Dave Strider is to cool for godtier. This fact is cannon it was mentioned that Dave made a better hero of time than Aradia.
* Though Hussie has confirmed on his formspring that Godtier merch will be available for all 16 elements and that they would be revealed through story telling and fan service.
* As of the end of Act 5, all four kids are god-tier - yes, even Dave. The trolls look a lot less likely though...

[[WMG: The biggest StableTimeLoop(s) of them all will bring in existence all of the things with unknown origins. [[MemeticMutation All of them]].]]
The trolls and kids will be involved in a StableTimeLoop (or several) which will create the Furthest Ring, the horrorterrors, the Green Sun, Lord English, and even the game itself. {{Stable Time Loop}}s are already responsible for a whole lot of what happens, including the players becoming players and the players even existing in the first place, so from a {{Doylist}} perspective ''everything'' being because of time loops fits thematically and neatly ties everything up.
* There's no indication that their session will create the entire multiverse which is basically what the cycle of Sburb is.
* On the other hand, as of the end of Act 5 they've already created the Green Sun...

[[WMG: The Angel's from Eridan's planets served no actual purpose.]]
They were more like [[LegendOfZelda cuccos.]]
* They tied into his MythArc but he perverted it.
* They may have been his consorts.

[[WMG: Alternately, The Angels teach Eridan how to use light science.]]
As evidenced with Doc's chat with Rose. It could be that The Angels are ally constructs but won't help the player unless they prove their worth.
* Confirmed.

[[WMG: The horrorterrors are actually Bilious Slick.]]
That is to say, they are universes created by past sessions. Every session of SBURB is in fact a Horrorterror spore (or something) and while Bilious looks AT FIRST to be a frog..... seriously, how does a frog become the universe?
* He contains the universe inside himself.
* This would explain what's killing them.
** Ah yes the progenitor frog natural predator of the tentacled space horror. Actually wait this being Homestuck that makes a lot of sense. Perhaps Skipper Plumbthroat is the Kid's frog?

[[WMG: LightIsNotGood, DarkIsNotEvil]]
Aside from attempting to humanely imprison John's father, the imps mostly want to use his backyard rides, play with toys, and defend themselves when assaulted with hammers. We've not seen the minions of light yet. We have no reason to assume they're necessarily better, anymore than the white pieces in chess are any more noble or righteous than the black ones.
* It's also been demonstrated by WV, who is almost certainly a Dark Kingdom denizen (or used to be, anyway), that not all the black imps are inherently evil.
* Then there's Rose, the Seer of Light, who dabbles in Black magic. At least one, if not both, apply to her.
* Light is very much good, Prospit at least. There are no minions of Prospit; the players fulfill that role in a sense. Dark however is mostly AffablyEvil, but there are some complete monsters there and the higher ups want to destroy reality entirely.

[[WMG: The Horrorterrors are]]
players from previous sessions who migrated into the created Universes upon completing their game of SBURB. Their alien geometries are a side effect of their Godhoods and the twisted laws of the Furthest Ring. Alternatively, they are players from Failed Sessions, banished beyond reality as their Incinisphere deteriorates.
* This doesn't even make sense, there's nothing in canon to support it.
* Well, [[StopHavingFunGuys thanks for that judgement.]] It ''is'' a pretty wild Mass Guess, but still, it's a pretty cool idea.
[[WMG: SBURB isn't real and the Kids are just trolling each other for fun.]]
* Yeah guys let's pretend everyone died, our parents died, and we're getting yelled at by aliens and stabbed by a nascent god.
** Congratulations you have suddenly filled hundreds of readers with dread.

[[WMG: Only John will attain God-Tiers]]
but the other party members are going to get the other Prototyping ring and the Staves.
* They don't work on players. Besides the Black Stave was destroyed, and WV uses the White Ring.
** White Stave up for grabs. Seriously it has to still be important an entire flash ended on it.
*** HB knocked the white stave out of PM's hands, CD retrieved it and handed it to then 3xPrototyped Jack to start the reckoning. Wheather it is still in play or not remains to be seen.
* Now Jossed as of the EOA 5 animation, with Dave, Rose, And Jade reaching God-Tier.

[[WMG: In a [=SBurb=] session with only two players, they would be the Hero of Time and the Hero of Space.]]
In [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005528 this]] conversation, [[color:#2ED73A:D]][[color:white:o]][[color:#2ED73A:c Scratch]] says that the device to activate the Scratch is always on the Hero of Time's planet -- this implies that every [=SBurb=] session has a Hero of Time. Also, Jade and Kanaya are both stokers of the forge and keepers of breeding duties of their respective sessions, and also both Hero(in)es of Space -- presumably these are related. Therefore, Time and Space are the two most critical roles in [=SBurb=], and the ones that show up in every session. Assuming you can't be your own server player, two is the minimum number of players in one session, so it makes sense that there would be two crucial powers.
* Confirmed apparently. There's also something worth mentioning in that Time players are Derse only and Space players seem to be Prospit only, and awaken prior to the session.
** Unconfirmed, with there being no Time nor Space player in the Beta Session. Perhaps Doc Scratch meant IF there was a Hero of Time, the record would be on their planet. Otherwise, it's on someone else's.

[[WMG: The ultimate result of the Scratch will be a 16-player session with the Kids and the Trolls.]]
Both [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004528 Future John]] and [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004690 Karkat]] have suggested that the Scratch may lead to the Kids and Trolls meeting face-to-face, and [[color:#2ED73A:D]][[color:white:o]][[color:#2ED73A:c Scratch]] says the Scratch [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005529 resets the session.]] The two sessions are already strongly intertwined, so maybe the Scratch will just finish the job and combine them.
* "You would eventually come to realize that the two teams were playing in the same session all along" has yet to be called back, you just know it's coming.
** Why would it? It had all the importance it needed when it was first brought up.
* Even with the post-Scratch characters, the only way for this to work out is for one of Aradia and ghost!Sollux to rejoin the others somehow, both if UU doesn't count (unless one of the dead trolls gets revived somehow).

[[WMG: In the combined session mentioned above, the Kids and the Trolls will be competing with each other.]]
Vriska says [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005368 here]] that they were split up into two teams so that they'd compete against each other, and the reason they failed was because they worked together. A different species would make a better enemy than other Trolls, and if Karkat doesn't have his memories from the original timeline, he wouldn't want to work with the Kids anyway. It'd probably be good for the Kids too, since we've seen how they excel under pressure and the Trolls can't possibly be worse than Jack Noir.
* Altenatively, it'll be the Kids, Trolls, the Exile, Jack Noir and the inhabitants of Derse and Prospit vs. the Felt, D c Scratch and L[]rd English. And it'll be awesome.
** There'd be no reason to, as in the new universe Trolls would have grown up on the relative paradise planet of Earth. With therapists.
*** And that would be like eight more chapters which at this point is a genuinely horrifying prospect.

[[WMG: Skaia/SBURB will actively attempt to prevent "winners" from entering their created universe]]
This is likely because having god powered individuals entering newborn realities would cause only destruction, not creation. The psychology of Gods is delved into in the "Be Jack Noir" section, where he thinks "You wonder if it will always be like this. What sort of future does a new god have to look forward to? Will this malaise follow you for eternity? Will you be perpetually tempted to destroy everything you see, knowing that in just a few moments of recklessness, you will be left with nothing else to destroy forever? What will eternity feel like when a single moment of boredom feels like an eternity unto itself?"

Doesn't seem like having Gods directly involved would be very conducive to the maturation of a new Universe.
* None of the players are gods, so much as demigods. Jack isn't one of the kids anyways, he's completely insane and blows up planets for fun.

* You are assuming that the trolls "won". The final boss may not be the final task, the riddle probably is. You know the one they were "too good" to even bother finding out in the first place.
** Except Karkat for some reason but he's being all coy about it.

[[WMG: Dave's Timetables, Aradia's Music Boxes, and Jade's Goggles are {{Magic Feather}}s.]]
Apparently Rose's wands are, so this probably applies to all items that seem to have powers related to a player's element. Presumably, most players use items like these as crutches before growing to fully understand their powers (which often coincides with reaching the God Tier, as we've never seen a god using props). John was eventually able to use his wind powers without a prop, but it took a dire situation to bring them out.
* Confirmed.

[[WMG: If your Dream Self dies on your Quest Bed, your Real Self awakens as God Tier.]]
It's basically the same thing (facing death and conquering it), so why not? Plus it'd be convenient if the rest of the Kids are going to reach God Tier.
* Alternitively it does not need to be your personal Quest Bed, as long as aspect of the bed and player match up.
* DreamBubble!QuestBed same as Physical!QuestBed.

[[WMG: Andrew Hussie is canon, and has an already-defined place in it.]]
Why do you think his personal world contains whatever he wants? Why do you think he has avoided touching canonical events (except for the ONE YARD)?

[[FridgeHorror Why do you think his eyes are white?]]
* It has yet to be seen, but it's unlikely given that some of his "canon" doesn't mesh with reality, such as flying a dragon around past earth and puking on bullies and apparently living in a green mansion with an alien.
* Clearly FutureDead!Hussie is whispering the entire story into the ear of CurrentLive!Hussie in much the same manner as Aradia did to herself.
* [[http://mspandrew.tumblr.com/post/11975241895/about-eoa5-part-4 Confirmed... to a degree.]] Scroll down to the section titled "The 4th Wall".

[[WMG: 1 yard is how HIGH you have to be to put jelly on a hot god.]]
* Building on this, a "hot god" is actually a specific type of horrorterror of above-average attractiveness. Jelly is... I dunno, probably just jelly. But it's gotta do something.
** [[http://mspandrew.tumblr.com/post/11975241895/about-eoa5-part-4 Jossed.]] Scroll down to the section titled "The 4th Wall".

[[WMG: In escaping the Scratch, all the characters will end up in Andrew Hussie's front/back yard.]]
This is the "one yard" of intereference has mentioned. And what was that Karkat was saying about a lawn ring? And he wouldn't use the human word for it because it was stupid? The human word YARD? (Wow, that is kind of a stupid word actually.)
* Doubtful, given the yardstick we'd already seen, and especially after what we've seen Hussie do with it...

[[WMG: Speculation regarding the other mythological roles not explained by the characters or story.]]
* [[ThePowerOfBlood Blood]]: The ability to take a lot of hits and not die, AKA [[MadeOfIron super endurance]]. As a leader, this is good to have. Also recall that when he was stabbed by Jack, he was more concerned with hiding his blood color rather than [[AttackHello OH GOD THIS STRANGE MAN HAS SHOWN ME HIS STABS]].
** Alternately, it's something to do with his ability to accurately read and deal with interpersonal relationships (blood = family), and getting people to work together (sorta like Terezi's Seer of Mind abiliy, but with a different focus.)
*** Possibly the second, not the first. All trolls are MadeOfIron and even fairly serious wounds don't bother them.
* [[DoomyDoomsOfDoom Doom]]: [[BeCarefulWhatYoUWishFor Whatever Sollux "predicts" happens, whether he actually likes the outcome or not.]] [[LiteralGenie Not always in his favor,]] and [[CassandraTruth people will not believe you when you try to tell them.]]
* [[WhatKindOfLamePowerIsHeartAnyway Heart]]: The ability to empathize, both [[TheBeastmaster with enemies]] [[TheEmpath and allies]] alike. The ultimate moirail ability. And of note, a Heart's ability to communicate with beasts is ultimately not the same strength as Tavros' c♉MMUNION, ability.
* [[PowerOfTheVoid Void]]: Being able to create a vacuum of a certain radius around him and [[BatmanCanBreatheInSpace being able to survive in any vacuum]]. As he is very STRONG, Equius will never find a use for this. [[spoiler: Certainly not if he stays dead.]]
** ImmuneToFate
* Hope: Instilling inspiration in people and bettering their lives in battle or out of it. Now keep in mind what Eridan did that "improved" people's lives.
* Life: Bringing back the dead without the need of a dream self (makes sense when Fef [[CommonMarySueTraits has so many Mary Sue traits as it is]]). She can also heal wounds and revitalize allies.
** If this was the case, she'd have revived herself instead of staying dead.
*** Guess I forgot to mention that reviving yourself is the only thing you can't do... because you're dead, obviously!
* [[UnstoppableRage Rage]]: The opposite of the Heart ability; causes allies' or enemies' primal instincts to take control and be on the constant Fight mode of the Flight or Fight switch. Simultaneously, one [[TheBerserker gains tremendous strength and agility]],[[WithGreatPowerComesGreatInsanity but loses control of one's mental facilities as more of this power is used]]. Achieveing the God Tiers is [[SchmuckBait HIGHLY NOT SUGGESTED]] for anyone with a Rage element attached to them. And since Subjuggulators are already very powerful as it is...
** Alternately, keeping in theme with the [[MagicMusic Bard]] half of Gamzee's title, he can either instill or quell rage in those around him, depending on his own emotional state. Evidence: he was able to "chill" with the imps instead of fighting them.
*** That may have been Gamzee sharing his sopor slime with the enemies, though.
* Time: Time's role is to keep the other players alive[[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong through fairly obvious means]]
* [[BlowYouAway Breath]] : The universe is a frog, the kids session is dying, John removes a tumor from skaia and his theme is Doctor. One can assume that Breath's role is to keep the universe alive.

[[WMG:Andrew Hussie is an eldritch demon forced to conjure the comic to keep him in check.]]
The various self-inserts have been attempts to break free of whatever is controlling him. Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff, on the other hand, is created unconsciously by his mind as he works. The increased number of direct SB&HJ references, with no context, show that he is getting stronger. The latest and longest of the self-inserts (the ONE YARD one) is by far his most successful attempt to free himself yet. Everything is SB&HJ-ified by his influence, and he imparts real information directly to the reader. What does the mysterious ONE YARD refer to, you may ask? Well, don't forget that Hussie has known exactly what the last page of Homestuck will be since before he started. It will be a blank page - a portal from which he can exit his cage. Fortunately for us, monitors aren't very big, relatively, and he won't be able to get through, limiting his reach to, oh, let's say... ONE YARD. (Unfortunately, that's more than enough distance to reach people sitting at their computers...)
* So, Hussie really is Lord English all along?

[[WMG: The Horrorterrors are being slaughtered by an analog of Skipper Plumbthroat]]
If Squiddles are parodies/avatars of the Horrorterrors, then whatever is killing them is also parodied in the kid's world. Why plumbthroat? Because he appeared, very briefly, in an animation. Now think back, when has ANYTHING that was used ANYWHERE not played into the story? Exactly.
* So since the end boss is unlikely to be Jack it's a toss up between Skipper and English? Provided they are not the same being.

Horrorterrors are being killed off by a void traveling, hyper bad-ass, bearded sailor. I rest my case.
* It's probably Jack Noir.
* Why not Lord English?

[[WMG: The cast of ProblemSleuth are either Prospitian exiles from the Trolls' session, or descendants thereof.]]
The reason the Midnight Crew are non-canon for them is because of Felt-related timeline shenanigans.
* They're human, not Prospitians. There's a difference in the way the crew is drawn in PS as to how they appear in HS, they seem more overtly like chess pieces. This is best seen with Spades Slick.

[[WMG: In the kids' game, the white can defeat the black because of how screwed up everything has gotten.]]
After all, black always beats white... but hell, at this point, the game board is practically smashed. And that's why Doc Scratch wants Rose to cause the Scratch - it will reset everything, so that black is ensured to win again.
* By triggering the Reckoning, Black has won already.

[[WMG: Jade's Penpal is Jack Noir]]
Okay, this one seems really out there, but I honestly think that The Jade's penpal is none other than Jack Noir himself.
* 1. Jack is shown have intense feelings of love and loyalty towards Jade, to the point he is unable to kill her
* 2. The penpals handwritting is [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=003855 incredibly Jagged]], perhaps representing Jack's hasty, and violent demenor. (Although, the handwritting on the [[http://mspaintadventures.wikia.com/wiki/File:Jackdrawsblackqueen.png citation]] looks slightly different)
** Doesn't match his handwriting we've seen in the comic. That's not slightly different, that's ''entirely'' different. J's handwriting mostly matches Vriska's.
* 3. The penpal has a desire to get into a (friendly) fist fight with John. If you recall, Jack seems to loathe the [[http://mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005453 "graveyard stuffer"]] with a passion. The mere scent of John, causes Jack Noir succumb to [[http://mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005453 unfathomable bloodtlust]]. (Or at least it does, before he starts thinking about [[http://mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005454 dog bones]] and [[http://mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=005455 Jade]])
* 4. The penpal indicates that he loves to wrestle, though no one really wants to with him. Makes sense because realy, who'd want to werstle someone with the power to warp to wherever they wanted?
* 5. Why would the penpal refer to Jade as "Grandma"? Jack Noir (deep down) is very loyal to Jade. And loyal people respect their elders!
* 6. The penpal signs his name as "J" which could possibly be short for Jack.
Questions:
* 1. Why would Jack succumb to love, and why would he be in the future?
** Okay, remember that fight with Rose? The colosion of the two powers caused Jack to jet ahead into the future by accident, and caused him to lose his memories of being evil.
* 2. Why did the bunny he built turn on his past self?
** It was always meant to protect John, even if he was being harassed by Jack's Past self
* 3. Why was he so adamant on making the bunny?
** Too ensure that John and or his friends had at least a chance at taking on lord english

* The kids don't even know English exists, and there is no conceivable situation in which Jack would consider himself Jade's grandson.

* Jossed, I think. Hasn't it been confirmed that Jake English is Jade's penpal?
** Though the name is very close...

[[WMG: The very last page of Homestuck will be scratched out and unreadable by the damages on disc 2.]]
Dammit, Terezi!
* Weeeell, sorta? Homestuck is broken right now, that's why we brought the disc to someone to get it fixed…
** Yeah, straight up Jossed now, probably because it was a real pain for Andrew to draw the messed up graphics.

[[WMG: The space-time continuum is a recursively bisecting moebius strip.]]
A split timeline is doomed unless it's perpetuated by a stable time loophole; at some point it has to become it's own cause. When a stable split goes forward in time, it continues to wrap around to the beginning of that split, until time is once again a contiguous one-sided object with one edge. Right now it appears that Earth and Alternia are contiguous universes, but by the end of the story, the entire duration of time will have doubled, potentially to accommodate more universes along it's length.
* This sounds confirmed in an Alterniabound dialog; the part about Alternia and Earth being concurrent universes on a moebius strip and the part about a stable time split requiring it's own paradoxical cause. The part about the split continuing all the way around to make a longer continuity is just a property of moebius strips.
* A corollary of this is that successfully changing the future in this way leaves the perspective that it was always that way in the first place.
** The problem with this is that the Earth session is barren, so it can't create Alternia to continue the loop.
*** We've already seen the Trolls scratch their session to get a new one that creates Earth, this may happen after Earth's session's scratch. Past (ancestor) Trolls > Future (current) Trolls > Past (current) Humans > Future (post-scratch) Humans > Past Trolls. This would make Cascade the point where the Mobius strip finally reaches itself to start over, as the Humans scratch their session but persist into the new one.

** Source of Bilious Slick, or Bilious Slick is the source of Skaia? Given the history of paradoxical generation in this story, the answer is probably "[[MathematiciansAnswer Yes]]".

[[WMG: The Scratch in the troll's session is caused by a GameBreakingBug.]]
Sgrub, like Sburb, is still in beta, and because no one has ever achieved win conditions before, the bug went undetected until the trolls' playtesting. That it allowed a scourge from a more broken session in was just their bad luck.
Another possible bug; Aradia created many, many paradoxical time-copies of herself to win the battle with. Any one of them would be a doomed timeline, but that many of them in one place necessarily attracts a ''whole lot of doom''. Supporting this is the fact that every troll survived Jack's initial assault, which wiped out all the Aradia copies.
* The fact that it's a beta is unimportant, Sburb only functions as a minimal interface and a portal to the Incipisphere, where the real game is.
* Jossed/confirmed(It's Homestuck this was bound to happen). Are the trolls in beta? No. Were they in beta? unknown but there was a hard reset. Is the scratch caused by a game breaking bug? Yes by Jack interupting their session, yes by Jack being created in the first place by their own actions which they only did because Jack already existed, yes by their session existing at all because of Lord English's meddling and probably also yes because of the kids joining their two sessions after the reset even though that hasn't happened yet. May need new terminology at this point. Jossfirmed? Hussied?

[[WMG: D c Scratch's goal]]
He's telling Rose how to initiate the Scratch because it will end the universe, allowing L[ ]rd English to enter it. He is already here!
* D c Scratch doesn't lie, as long as we assume we don't have a LyingCreator. He wouldn't lie about the destruction of the universe because he's assured of it's inevitability regardless of what the kids do. Therefore, the Scratch does what he says it does: reset the universe. He admitted that the kids aren't guaranteed to exist in the reboot, so there's no reason not to tell them if it would be completely destroyed. It's not clear why he advises it, though; it surely can't be a condition for L[ ]rd English's appearance. Perhaps he's indirectly pointing them to an escape routine, as he's said there is a possible way they can survive the reboot, but for whatever reason he won't tell them what that is.
** Well, from this troper can gather, the whole point of sburb is to have the chosen players beat the black kingdom from destroying Skaia and then have there universe get destroyed by L[]rd English (after the players create another, forming a vicious, neverending cycle of destruction). In the kids session, they did something that wasn't supposed to happen (prototyping Bec) which made their session unwinable. So the reason why Doc Scratch wants them to reset, is so that the session can start all over, and flow the way it was supposed to.
* The Scratch doesn't end the universe, just reset it. Scratch however is manipulating Rose, in ways we have yet to see.

[[WMG: The kid's section, when won, will create our universe]]
Based on the end of ProblemSleuth, where [[spoiler:after beating the game, Sleuth and his two partners come to live in the real world]], it seems rather probable Hussie may come up with that.
* Kid's session is a) our universe anyways and b) barren.
** Kid's section cannot be our universe. We don't have captchalogues, for starters. It may be an universe similar to ours, but different at the same time. As for it being barren, well, that is due Bec Noir right? All we need is some time traveling shenanigans and whamo.
*** It is our universe in the sense of close enough (Obama, Con Air, Movies, video games, pop culture etc etc etc). No there aren't captchalogues but we don't have Sburb either. Barren is actual due to a lot of reasons, even before Jack ascends Rose notices it is barren and the core of Skaia has the Tumor, which is not in a normal session.

[[WMG: The monsters are artificially created by the Black Queen.]]
This explains why she doesn't enter the battlefield; she needs to administrate the production of critters, and needs to have her ring nearby so they can take on the properties of prototyping. They don't enter Skaia, possibly as a condition of the game, but they also aren't needed there; the Black King and Dersites are enough to win the war, but the monsters are needed to obstruct the players passage through their worlds, since they're the only ones who can defeat the Black army. Monsters don't change instantly with new prototypings, so old monsters can remain while new ones are created, but the world on entering the Medium will immediately be populated with critters of the most recent kernel prototype.
* With her creation

[[WMG: Jaspers, not Halley, was supposed to become the First Guardian.]]
Something I noticed when the troll's genetic code was revealed: it referred directly to Doc Scratch. [[spoiler: t1CK t0ck]], referring to both the Felt's time-manipulation abilities and the sound which would herald Lord English's destruction, [[spoiler: 8r8k [=H34DS=]]] referring to Vriska's habit of breaking oracles and the fact the Doc Scratch has one as a head, and [[spoiler: honk HONK]], referring to both his AffablyEvil personality and the fact that he's [[spoiler: made from Cal]]. But MEOW doesn't seem to corespond to Halley at all. Besides which, Halley becoming Bec isn't nearly paradoxical enough. But assuming that the fan theory of Mutie being Jasper's [[ViewerGenderConfusion parent]] is true, then Jaspers being a first guardian suddenly makes sense. Somebody (probably a manipulated Dave or Rose) tried to prevent him from becoming the first guardian via appearifying him before he could tell Rose the code; however, they were too late and wound up killing the can in the appearification process. They then reset the device to the first thing they could find: Halley.
* Bec existed in the distant past and probably rigged the system to create himself. The MEOW code was more of a genetic sequence corresponding to genes. Also Andrew made up the idea of the MEOW code along the same time as Bec, and Scratch's codes make more sense because he made them up much later.
** Bec isn't nearly that smart. And Hussie does love his retroactive foreshadowing.

[[WMG: In addition to resetting the kids' session to some point before they entered the Medium, the Scratch will also reset the trolls' session to before the arrival of Bec Noir.]]
Due to the {{StableTimeLoop}}s relating to the interaction between the kids and the trolls after the arrival of Bec Noir in the trolls' session, undoing events in one timeline will undo their consequences in the other. Bec Noir was able to enter the trolls' session by creating the Rift before the Scratch was activated, and he will escape the reset by fleeing into the Furthest Ring.
* Jossed.
** Jossed by itsself for that matter...as their scratch is what sent Bec Noir to the trolls, ergo it can't also undo his being sent to them...unless they ALSO performed a scratch...

[[WMG: All dead dreamselves are brought to the crypt at the core of their respective Kingdom on a quest bed.]]
This is why Jack made sure to also destroy Derse and Prospit in the Troll's session. Had Jade's grandfather not stolen her back [probably in the same trip where he stole Jack's fourth wall], Jade would be able to ascend to godhood if Prospit was destroyed.
* Collory: This only happens if the player dies prior to the beginning of the session and their dreamself goes comatose. Dreamselves that die during simply die like normal
** Jade's grandfather must be a META meta guy..., not only did he know of the fourth wall, he FREAKING STOLE IT!!!

[[WMG: The number of players in a session continues to diminish until the end of the multiverse.]]
Let's run with that implication that there were 48 players in the session that created the trolls' universe (based on their number of astrological signs). So we have:
* 48 -> 12
* 12 -> 4
First a division by 4, then by 3. Now let's pretend that this is enough to establish a pattern. The factor would continue to diminish by one with each subsequent session. This implies, first of all, that there were 240 players in the session before the one that created the trolls' universe (48 x 5 = 240), and 1,440 in the one before that (240 x 6 = 1440)! But second, if we carry this "logic" ''forward'' further, a universe created by a successful (i.e. post-scratch reset) version of the kids' session would have only two players (4 / 2 = 2) - most likely a Hero of Space and a Hero of Time, as speculated above. And after that, another two player session (2 / 1 = 2), with a similar lineup. But... then what? The factor can't go down any further, right? Oh, but it can. The equation to determine the next session would destroy all existence: two, ''divided by zero.''
* The next session will have an infinite number of players. As long as ''n'' is not 0, n/0=∞.
* Wait, no, the next session will have two players: Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff. They will play a game of SBAHJ, where they will find out that Sweet Bro is the Bro of Time and Hella Jeff is the Jeff of Space. Sweet Bro's guardian is his mom, Jeff's is Geromy, and the imps will (after an ill-advised prototyping with... I dunno, a stuffed squirrel or some such) take on the form of squirrels that try to steal their game discs. Jeff will dream on Prospit, where Skaia's clouds will show him visions where he is the star (it's him) and he has to challenge the Big Man (the Black King). Meanwhile, Sweet Bro, the Derse dreamer, will fall under the control of the horrorterrors (hot gods) and do their bidding (put... jelly on them. Whatever). Jeff will use the sockkind abstratus, with which he will create....... DISTACTIONS, while Bro will attempt to use both rulerkind and spoonkind but utterly fail to get the hang of either... man, I could go on for hours.
** Or as stated above, the next session will be Mobius and Hadron's, and the corresponding numbers will be 2:14, for reasons both outlined here and listed on (as of this writing) the first WMG on the page.
* Or we could simply say, no probably not. Andrew for instance has left open that other human sessions escaped up to whatever number you feel like, and the rebooted session the Kids will be in will have 8 players via technicality. Extrapolation from 3 points, including one that has only been referenced ''once'' is a bit silly don't you think.

[[WMG: Jack Noir (Troll session) and Bec Noir (after having his powers toned down from the current god mode) will eventually fuse in a single Noir (or at least join forces)]]
This Fusion!Noir will equip the Troll section ring to his left hand, and the kids ring on his right hand, having powers from both sections.
This ensures the "last boss" to be beatable, but still tougher than previous Kids!Jack, who apparently struggled to be at the same level as Bro. Alternatively, the kids and the trolls will have to team up to defeat the two Jacks, or a fusion of both.
What makes me think they'll fuse? Well, they seem like polar opposites; Bec Noir (with his sprite facing right) has a scar on his right eye (AFAIK it's deep enough to make that eye blind), and doesn't have a left arm, while Slick Noir (with his sprite facing right) doesn't have his left eye and his right arm. In any other comic I would disregard this as a coincidence, but on one so rooted on symbolism as Homestuck, it really strikes to me Hussie is turning them into two halves of a whole.
* Carapaces are not mecha; there's no inclination that they can even "fuse" like this. Moreover, Bec Noir can seemingly only travel between sessions in the Medium, and not to actual universes like where Slick is. Also Troll ring was destroyed.
** Wrong, in that after going into the trolls' session, he attacked Billious Slick, rewatch [S] Cascade, he clearly went down to post apocalyptic Earth to attack the kids' exiles...however, you are correct on the ring bit, in fact this might be why (i've speculated so myself) D C Scratch told them it was imperative they destroy the ring (so Bec Noir didn't also get the powers of Cthulhu...)...but the carapace bit might also be wrong, in such a way that the first person might be wrong too, in that, spades slick originally lost the OTHER ARM AND EYE, but switched which ones were missing by flipping his sprite...(it was even a plot point), and also they are chess pieces, and the same person...plus a first guardian can do practically anything, which should include absorbing a copy of themselves from an alternate universe...(and Lord English made a felt doll cue ball thing transform...so...)
[[WMG: Sopor Slime is quietapine]]
Quietapine (aka Seroquel or Ketipinor) is used, in low doses to treat anxiety and insomnia. But that's just exploiting one of its side effects. In ''high doses'' however, it is used for its original intended purpose as an antipsychotic. Sleeping in the stuff would only put it in contact with the skin, where it would be poorly absorbed into the bloodstream. Eating it as Gamzee did would put it in contact with the much more permeable membranes of the digestive system, resulting in a much, much higher dose. And yes, quietapine has the fairly common side effect of getting the user ''absolutely baked''.
* In none technobabble, Sopor slime is designed to sooth trolls. Higher concentration in the pies soothed Gamzee's mental instability and went too far and made him stoned. However as for the direct WMG, unlikely that Andrew would know of this particular chemical, but probable that he knows of the phenomenon.

[[WMG: [[http://www.formspring.me/mspadventures/q/207067705008752445 This formspring]] was a SarcasticConfession.]]
On the game's Captchacard, the acts so far have been represented by red dots if kid-centered, blue if troll-centered; both are done with, the next acts green and white. It's been pretty clear since the end of Act 4 that the story is taking us to the Outer Rings. Feferi showed us that the Horrorterrors and the Squiddles are one and the same. Now we truly meet the Noble Circle in the Furthest Ring, represented by green, after which white represents the surviving Gods: John, Aradia, one from the session that created Alternia, and [=fedoraFreak=].
* Or more plausibly, Act 6 is green because it will involve Lord English much more and begins with the explosion of the Green Sun. Act 7 is white most likely to show that it is beyond all of the game stuff, as it is going to be entirely epilogue.
* Note that the dots for the acts that have been completed so far match the curtains that closed them.

to:

* With her creation

* Jossed.

So we have:
* 48 -> 12
* 12 -> 4

Yes]]"

[[WMG: The kids will become the guardians of the new kids following the scratch.]]
* First, the kids will find some way to make it to this reset universe post scratch. They will then take the corresponding roles from their own Guardians and become the new kids' Guardians: Jade will become Grandma (Seeing as Jade's Penpal has been said to be her grand-child, this fits); John will become either Dad or Grandpa depending if he takes the role of his own Dad, who was his adoptive father, or Nanna, who was his genetic mother; Rose will become Mom; Dave will become Bro. They will all try to be better guardians than their own, and will try to find the interest of their "kids". Unfortunately they will end up making the same mistakes, not able to distinguish subconscious ideas, and the roles will come full circle.
** Jossed, the Kids are entering the rebooted Incipisphere, not the universe itself. Likewise, what about the surviving trolls?
** On the other hand, [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005953 if they DON'T escape the Scratch's temporal effects]] (and I'm not convinced all the kids will escape the Scratch, especially since one of them has to die just to set off the Green Sun)...

[[WMG: The troll's Lusii are descendants of the 48 players of the session before theirs.]]
* Every session simply needs the players to enter the new universe so that they can make sure the species that will participate in the next one survives. Trolls eventually came to be the dominant species of the universe, and the Lusii became their guardians. This is why Lusii are assigned to each troll as a custodian. In relation to this, the trolls are supposed to make sure the humans survive their session: even though they were never able to enter their universe, there are various labs placed on asteroids so that they may somehow communicate with them and help them.

[[WMG: Lineup for the final show down will relate 413.]]
This troper thinks it will line up like this 4 humans, 3 trolls probably Karkat, Terezi and Vriska (Somehow Aradia and Vriska will switch live and dead status as they seem to be intended to be opposites of one another) and now we officially have our 1 with fedoraFreak being in the medium... and appearently godtier.
* What about Kanaya?

Alternatively 413 and 612
4 children enter final battle. John, Rose, Dave and Jade.
1 unknown player enter. Being fedorafreak.
3 reset players enter. Nana, Kid Hass, Little Bro and Missy Lalonde, one is unlikely to make it.
6 trolls enter final battle. Karkat, Aradia, Kanaya, Terezi, Vriska and Gamzee.
1 troll revive and enter. We know Vriska returns to witness the green sun.
2 random trolls become relevant again and enter. That Jaspersprite-Nepeta pesterlog was fairly ominous other than maybe Sollux who seems to keep trying to grab some spotlight dispite not actually doing much.

[[WMG: Lord English is Betty Crocker.]]
Doc Scratch says [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005836 It seems she is acting out again]] and the last line [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005836 She knew the baroness was not human! :B]]
* This puts John's phobia in a sinister new light.
* Remember how all the kids made specialized Gushers? Yeah that is in no way going to bite them in the ass.
** Then who is Skipper Plumbthroat?
* If LE is Betty Crocker then her final form will be a birthday cake the size of the universe and John will use the windy thing to blow out the candles and end his birthday.
* [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005935 Possibly jossed.]]

[[WMG: Andrew wrote this series with the intent of trolling the audience from the very first page.]]
This is where we will compile the numerous symbols and try to determine their significance because there seems to be no other place to do this other than this WMG page. Some of this may be common knowlage at this point.

It's pretty clear that the Troll's horns are intended to reflect their respective symbols, not all of them are easy to understand such as how do Karkat's nubby horns relate to a crab or how do Vriska's relate to a spider (a stinger and pincer even though her version of scorpio is a spider?) however it has become pretty clear that Andrew has intended this from the begining as early as the first character introductions.
* Dave's hair is a bird, this is simply fact. It has always been a bird, think of how far in the story that has any relevance at all.
* John's hair is a jester hat, that should be obvious.
* Jade has dog ears. This troper first noticed it with [[spoiler: Jadesprite]] however Jade's hair does look like dog ears.
* Rose is a little better hidden but again we were trolled. Rose is a cat, look at Rose's face at her big jump [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=003049 here]] and then look at [[spoiler: Jaspersprite's head]] a frame later it's a perfect silioute.

The significance of the item/tasks of entry.
* John's item task was to take a bite of an apple.
* Rose's item task was to break a wine bottle.
* Dave's item task was to allow an egg to hatch.
** Which he almost failed due to his impatience. Though that may be the symbol of the item, as soon as he stopped trying to force his time powers dead Daves stopped stacking up.
** The egg hatches as [[spoiler: Bro cuts a meteor in half]] is that not symbolic enough?
* Jade's item task was to blindly shoot a pinata of her guardian.
** [[spoiler: Jack and Bec are now one being sort of, the symbolisim is fairly obvious in this case.]]

[[WMG: The Green Sun is made up of the souls of Non players.]]
Yes, this means [[SoylentGreen The Green Sun is people.]]

Think of it as an afterlife for everyone else. Since the Gods of the Furthest Ring provide an afterlife for players or anyone important via dreambubble, FridgeHorror may ensue in that it means that anyone not playing or will not affect the game at all just vanish. They have to go somewhere, right? Plus, at least they'll serve a purpose this way. Instead of just being erased from existence or out of skaiaNET's database, they now fuel the Green Sun. And besides, there's a surplus amount of them from all the other sessions of the S-series.

This also means that to destroy the Green Sun would also mean to dispel all the lost souls. Alternatively, it means He who destroys the Green Sun also finishes off two or more entire universes' worth of Cannon Fodder.
* I think I may be going out on a really improbable limb here, but I'm starting to think Doc Scratch lives on it, as exemplified [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005768 here]](?), as the whole "destroy the Green Sun" thing would also destroy him in the process. Perhaps he was a guardian of the non-player characters, or unplayers? I don't know, honestly.
** Doc lives on one of Alternia's moons. It's shown during his introduction.
** Sorry for the confusion, then.
* Alternate theory: When the Green Sun explodes,it will send all inside into overdrive, causing them to have one final yell, their loudest and hardest yet- a mixed scream shared by the cannon fodder of two or more universes- which causes a final, large blast of energy, enough to destroy many universes, and allowing for many more to take their places. This will be known as "The Vast Green", as it will be the last thing another universe sees before all goes black. (What results may or may not be enough to create another Green Sun, eventually.)
** Kind of sort of maybe Confirmed? Well, [[http://mspandrew.tumblr.com/post/11941710181/about-eoa5-part-2 here]] it says that the Tumor contained two universes, thus in a sense meaning that the green sun is also made of two universes, meaning that your opening statement is correct. The soul-fuel thing, however, is kind of ambiguous.

[[WMG: The Final Battle]]
will involve all characters introduced thus far, and more importantly, will follow problem sleuth's style of taking viewer input.
* Probably not considering a fair number of characters are dead and are not coming back.

[[WMG: Based on 8/2/11]]
[[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=003256 this is truth]]
* What do you even mean by this.
** 8/2/11 is the update where Karkat realizes he gave the kids' universe cancer. Presumably the OP means that Karkat is realizing nothing he could have done could save his session or the kids' universe.

[[WMG: Skaia was designed by the same forces that designed the game in Bokurano.]]

A sadistic game that results in the deaths of entire universes for no adequately explained reason? One that seems to enjoy recruiting children as it's players? Face it, Homestuck is {{Bokurano}} minus the constant soul crushing despair and giant robots.

[[WMG: Skaianet and the Beta]]

In the beginning of the story, it was stated that the Sburb that the core four had was still in beta, as well as Sgrub in Alternia later on. Perhaps the S-series is as a whole in beta, using characters created as a product of their unfinished game to play it on their own while Skaianet takes the data from those "tests" and uses them to correct it. Quite possibly, when they have enough information from the other games, the testers, like any other, will play the game for themselves. If they the survive their own game without any problems, it will be ready for distribution in the new universe.

What if their playing interferes with the Core Four's session? That hasn't been figured out yet.
* Sburb/Sgrub is ''not very important''. It functions as a minimal interface, default inventory system (deployables), and the way to enter a game. However the facts of a session itself are not shaped by the Swhateverb; the most important thing for the stable time loops is that the players enter. Everything else is gravy.

[[WMG: Homestuck will end on April 26th 2013]]

Exactly 4 years and 13 days after it started, in the fourth month of the year 2013, fitting in the ever-recurrent 413 number theme.
* It's actually kind of doubtful that it'll go that long. Remember, Hussie originally planned to end it on the one-year anniversary, then the two-year anniversary, then "when it's done".
** Third anniversary. 14 days "late". He will insist that he did not plan it that way.

[[WMG:: The thing killing the Horrorterrors is actually Lord English]]

Reasons:
* He is something from beyond our universe (where the horrorterrors are is the void between universes, so it might be)
* He has power over pretty much everything (which explains how he manages to defeat horrorterrors without a [[ProblemSleuth window]]
* He's already here (Only he's between universes, and he can only act directly in universes where he's already been summoned)

[[WMG: Sburb [[PhlebotinumKilledTheDinosaurs killed the dinosaurs.]]]]

Because why the hell not.

[[WMG:Alternia's Pink Moon is Problem Sleuth's world]]

Not only is its green counterpart similar to Problem Sleuth's city, but also has what seems to be a little pink sphere connected to it, which could be the world of the Four Kingdoms... think about it...

[[WMG: The Bec Noir that screwed up the trolls' session didn't actually come from the kids' session.]]
One of the side effects of a glitched session is that, even if you cause the Scratch, the post-scratch players are doomed never to enter the universe they create, because something from the pre-Scratch session will make it through the Scratch and prevent them from entering. "Bec Noir" is actually an artifact of the trolls' ancestors' session, and may in fact be Lord English; why he's prototyped the exact same way as the kids' Noir is unknown.
* It could be from another planet's session, too, though.
* Jossed by [S] Cascade

[[WMG: The Scratch will produce a universe where humans are just as bloodthirsty as the trolls]]
Part of the reason why the trolls' ancestors couldn't finish the game was because they weren't made of hardy enough stuff, and part of the reason they agreed to cause the Scratch was to produce a reality where they would be. It's possible the scratch the kids cause will have the same effect, guided, as with the trolls, by the new universe's equivalent of Doc Scratch.
* Except we saw John spawn his team and their respective ancestors so Lord English has not actually glitched up the kid's session at all, their session is barren but not doomed.
* Troll session 2 was made specifically to do a better job than session 1. But the trolls have pretty much said that the kids are doing a better job playing the game than they did. Their time player is better (if body count and doomed timelines is the yardstick being used), the frog job isn't being rushed and they are actually paying attention to the lore and the riddles.
** Assuming J is in fact from the rebooted human session (as is fairly likely) we already know this is Jossed. He mentions actors that we know and doesn't seem especially blood thirsty. Remember, the kids have done in a day what it took the Trolls nearly a month to do (make the Genesis Frog, reach the top of their echeladder, etc) so it seems that Humans are already way better at the game than Trolls.

[[WMG: Act 6 will be about the eight player session catching up with the other two sessions]]
We have seen how a reset works now so the new session will probably be the kid's guardians and/or ancestors.
* Kid Nana Egbert, Kid Mom Lalonde, Kid Bro Strider, Kid Hass the Flame, Kid Dad Egbert, Pup Bec, Fedora Freak.
** Although we don't actually know what session Fedora Freak is in Bec is an unlikely player.
** That is only seven players.
*** Batterwitch Re-Enter existance
* The kids will be communicating with the 8 new players in the same way the trolls did with them.
* The 8 players will have the attributes of the other 8 trolls.
** So a second Mind, Blood, Life, Heart, Doom, Hope, Void ... and Rage
** Also a second Thief, Bard, Mage, Sylph, Prince, Rogue, Page, and Maid
*** A Time and Space player is always part of the game.
**** Yes, but each session is flawed in some way. An example would be that kid's session had the tumor. While it isn't cannon there is an album song about a session without a space player if I remember correctly. Personally I think it's possible we will be seeing four of the missing god tiers. (Hussie implied that they might become cannon with the release of the newest hoodies one of which was heart.)

More likely the kids session IS the eight player session. Plausable progresion of events below.
* Jade moves the four planets already existing to the planetless troll session.
* The reset is triggered.
* The kid's "ancestors" start session 2.
** Feferi's ancestor's attribute is clearly life meaning attributes repeat in session.
* The planets in session 2 are joined with the planets of session 1.

[[WMG: The Sufferer was actually a High blood]]
* His blood could be higher than royalty or lower than rust but since he didn't seem to have any mutant poweres he was more likely a highblood.
** The higher caste on the hemospectrum you go the lower the birth rate. At the time the Sufferer was the only candyblood to have ever existed.
*** The Hemospectrum is arrayed like the normal visible spectrum; that is the higher the wavelength the higher the energy (power) and therefore the higher the status. Red would be either the lowest presented or (and this would actually make sense, considering the Rustblood's role) just above Aradia.
*** Feferi's color appears closest to Pink/Magenta which is not technically present in the the visible spectrum (in terms of wavelengths). [[http://www.null-hypothesis.co.uk/science/strange-but-true/colour_spectrum_magenta_complimentary_bizarre Here]] is an article explaining the weirdness. So either Hussie doesn't know this and I'm barking up the wrong tree or the colors are not based on the visible spectrum entirely, but simply ordered that way for convenience.
*** Alternatively, Ultraviolet light runs through colors just like visible light and Red would be the lowest on the UV tier, but the UV tier would still be above Visible Spectrum tier.
** Jossed, Hussie has said the blood color of Karkat and the Sufferer lies between those of Nepeta and Sollux.

[[WMG: Hussie moves the story into SBAHJ to protect the audience from horror.]]
Twice, Hussie has shifted to SBAHJ, [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/sbahj.php?s=6&p=005548 once after Rose goes dark,]] and [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/sbahj.php?s=6&p=005982 second after LE was teased.]] Each time was to protect the audience from horror, with the first horror of [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/sbahj.php?s=6&p=005543 Rose going dark]], and the second of [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005981 a face-to-face with Lord English.]] On the surface, its MoodWhiplash by a Teasing Creator, but its really BigBrotherInstinct done by a PapaWolf disguised as StylisticSuck.

[[WMG:The 'Yard' Hussie will change things by is not the unit of measurement, but a lawn]]
A yellow one at that. Maybe all the trolls and kids survive the scratch by hanging out on johns lawn.
* This was already brought up above, but in another context.

[[WMG: J is post-Scratch Grandpa Harley, and his full name is John Egbert.]]
If we assume that the kids and ancestors always switch places when a scratch occurs, Jade's grandpa would logically become Jade's grandson. As for the John part, it's admittedly unlikely that we'd get two characters with the same name, but starting Act 6 with a re-enactment of the start of Homestuck seems to be the sort of thing Hussie would do.
* Confirmed... except his name is Jake English.

[[WMG: The role played by Doc Scratch in the post-Scratch troll universe will be played in the post-Scratch kids' universe by... the surviving kids and trolls.]]
If we assume the kids and ancestors always switch places when a scratch occurs, for any kids to survive it doesn't seem to be something accounted for. It could be that the kids could still play the roles of ancestors, with their memory intact, and with those roles greatly broadened, to the role of shaping their very universe to be able to complete the game and, preferably, break the chain of misfortune descending from the trolls to the kids.

here's hoping this doesn't get lost...

[[WMG: Karkat is eventually reincarnated on Earth as TheAngryVideoGameNerd.]]
Both are irritable, enjoy video games, and have a tendency to express their disapproval towards something with overly-detailed metaphors that often involve scatological comments and profanity.
* Eridan is reincarnated as WebOriginal/TheNostalgiaCritic, who, like him, is an effeminate, bespectacled, gun-toting IneffectualSympatheticVillain [[{{Kickassia}} who nonetheless can present a threat if he needs to]] who has a rivalry with Karkat/The Nerd.
* [[BoardJames Motherfucker Mike]] is a {{Gender Flip}}ed reincarnation of Vriska, being an immoral, obnoxious powergamer who will stop at nothing to win. I have no idea who Board James himself was, though.

[[WMG: One more Dave]]
Vriska tricked John into cosplaying a her whose to say that Terezi didn't do the same to Dave? Actually it has been pretty much confirmed that she at least tried to make him dress up like her, [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=004640 note the shades,]] but we have yet to see the full suit. Alpha!Dave will probably die at the green sun, only for Dave to return in [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Libra.svg Terezi cosplay]] as [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Omega_uc_lc.svg Omega!Dave]].

[[WMG: Lord English is...]]
* Gamebro... because that may be the only character that hasn't been considered yet.
** That statue that was made accidentally was actual size.
** Behind his shades are those pool balls eyes.
** He really is that shade of green that's not just some image editing.

[[WMG: When Hussie begins releasing other eight God Tier Hoodies, he will make a self-aware statement along these lines:]]
"As I'm sure even the least astute of you has deduced I would do, I have released the first of the remaining God Tier hoodies, despite the fact that at least one of them will never be depicted in the comic under any circumstances whatsoever. Technically, I am now a fashion designer, just as I am also technically a seller of astrological merchandise."

[[WMG: When the scratch occurs, whomever was the time player is forced to become a minion of Lord English's.]]
* Since Aradia was forced against her will to become the handimaid, and the scratch is technically a time based event, the time player could get left behind, for d0c scratch to recruit for English.
** That was NOT Aradia.

[[WMG: The MSPA Reader is Lord English.]]
First off, I'm saying the ''character'' is, not us as a whole.

Think about it: No matter where the main characters go, no matter what they do, the Reader is still watching them. He is already there, waiting for them to make their next move, anticipating how it will all go down. There was even a time when he (or us, depending on your perception of things) could decide how their universe worked, i.e. submitting commands for them to follow. And since a meta guy like hussie can break through walls easily, whose to say the reader doesn't have a wall they could break through on their own? It'd be a pretty surefire way to take a universe in Homestuck and salvage it for their own, because to him, this is all just a silly comic that he reads in his little land of Stumps and Dismay.

[[WMG: The Horrorterrors are playing Skaia and Lord English against each other]]
Skaia, through Sburb/Sgrub is a force of creation that makes new universes. Lord English is a universe-destroying demon. The Gods of the Furthest Ring allow both Rose and Lord English to place their servers in the Furthest Ring where they can be accessed from any universe. Rose's guide makes it easier for players to get their session started properly, while LE's signal allows him to enter a universe and destroy it. Additionally, the Gods guide Dave and Rose to where the Green Sun will be to facilitate its creation.

Theory: destroying universes keeps LE from turning on the Horrorterrors, so they work to maintain the cycle of creation and destruction.

[[WMG: A part of Bilious Slick survived Jack's attack]]
You can clearly see [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=006207 his hand]] is still intact. It'll either be used to resurrect him or somehow create a new frog.

[[WMG: Karkat Pantas (i.e., Pantskat) was intentional.]]
I do believe this to be the case, and not a joke theory. However, I'm not sure where best to put this if not this page, as there doesn't seem to be a single "meta guesses" page, unless this is it.\\
In [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005854 the Spritelog/Chatlog between Nannasprite and fedorafreak]], fedorafreak mentions alchemizing a "useless, excessively tall pant". Later, during Doc Scratch's monologuing sermon about the Ancestors, [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005959 the Sufferer's leggings are mentioned as a holy artifact]] (they are both grey, like Pantskat's trouser-esque attire, and seemingly long). [[http://www.mspaintadventures.com/scratch.php?s=6&p=005748 The Pants-kat imagery]] appears ''immediately'' after the Doc Scratch interlude. Coincidence? [[EpilepticTrees Maybe]].

** Unconfirmed, with there being no Time player in the Beta Session. Perhaps Doc Scratch meant IF there was a Hero of Time, the record would be on their planet. Otherwise, it's on someone else's.
