Probably serving as a WholePlotReference to ''VideoGame/BatmanArkhamKnight'', Nightwing will become the supervillain Arkham Knight after he gets resurrected by Talia Al Ghul, where he will seek vengeance on Harley Quinn for killing him while becoming a KnightTemplar obsessed with killing criminals. This could also make Nightwing a CompositeCharacter to Jason Todd, who was the Arkham Knight in the video game.

* Given that Jason Todd exists in ''Harley Quinn'' universe, it makes sense for him to finally join the action. With Nightwing being brought back to life thanks to the Lazarus Pit, the situation becomes all too relatable for Red Hood - ''VideoGame/GothamKnights''-esque banter will ensue.

* Various crime sprees with familiar gimmicks start popping up, along with rumors spreading about who might be causing them. At some point, Harley and maybe Joker get kidnapped by what seems like the Scarecrow and Mad Hatter, and they naturally are in disbelief at first, knowing that they died...only for them to step out of the shadows and be seen as [[TheOtherDarrin completely different figures]] filling in the roles of their predecessors. They naturally scoff at them first, even referring to them as "Legacies", claiming they're just wannabe posers who aren't fit to be like the original Rogues.

He will move on from Ivy and his story will involve hanging around a specific character(s) and forming a platonic/romantic relationship, which is going to result in him becoming more mature.

* Bruce was so focused on his prison DJ career that he has no idea that Nightwing died, Batgirl was shot and paralyzed, Robin was taken in by Talia, and that Wayne Enterprises has been absorbed by her company.

* Darkseid considers Superman to be a WorthyOpponent and had Steppenwolf bring Lex to him so he can punish him for the coward's way of defeating his enemy.

* Damian and the resurrected Nightwing are after Harley, with Batman still feeling obligated to her, and Barbara continuing to believe Harley's story that the potato-clone killed Nightwing, but with no evidence left of the clone's existence and the cloning machine destroyed with the LOD headquarters being a problem. Talia, Batman, and Veronica Cale are all after Ivy for destroying their corporations, with Barbara obligated to Ivy (see previous). And one of the pictures Harley took in the apocalyptic future-Gotham, showing future-Damian and his frozen collection of heroes (including ''Batman'') and villains, gets accidentally shown around and puts present-Damian in really deep shit with everybody.
