At first glance, this seems like a thematically good matchup between two protagonists who take forms belonging to the enemy that humanity had been badly losing to until said protagonists entered the picture. But even ignoring the fact that Blade took a nuke to the face and didn't even bat an eye, Eren has no ranged attacks and Blade can fly through space and one-shot him with a sword to the back of the neck.
