So, this Kaito will become either the sub boss before the final battle (As their last test if the Donbrothers have become an actual team finally) or the 11st hour Final Boss, revealed after what it should has been the Final Boss. In both cases, the fight would be against Himitsu-ki and Kikai-ki, represented by a less colored variation of Zenryoku ZenkaiOh piloted by Zenkaiser Black.
