Let's look at the perspective Omega's shown in the film: Humphrey and his buddies are considered by Alpha's as "screw-ups" due to their idiocy and interfering during hunting, Reba and Janice are [[VegetarianCarnivores vegetarians]] who don't want to hunt other animals and eat their meat, while poor Lilly, who despite having better live than other Omega's due to being pack's leader daughter, is considered one due to having leucism. This means that wolves who have "flaws" (the idiocy of Humphrey and his buddies, Reba and Janice vegetarianism and Lilly's leucism) are considered by "flawless and perfect" wolves (aka. Alpha's) as inferior individuals (aka. Omega's), who's place belongs at the very bottom of wolf society. Luckily, after Humphrey, Kate, Garth and Lilly double wedding with the former two becoming new leaders of the united packs, Humphrey will ban Alpha's and Omega's system, replacing it with how wolf packs act in real life, namely being lead by alpha breeding pair and acting like a family towards each other.
