Jake realizes that he was the one who sent his location to the Arachnids and sends it to not only keep reality from breaking, but also to make sure there's a chopper for them to get out. In the epilogue, Furball is training with the Yeti to become a new Guardian of the island. Now that Rourke has the Island's Heart, he's now ready to move onto what's called the Janus Project. Taylor falls out of the chopper and is brought to Mt. Atropo by Yvonne and Uqzhaal. After figuring out the password with the idols, Taylor meets the Endless and finds out that they're in a cycle of bad futures and that the idols were visions of those bad futures. The Endless could only influence what was on La Huerta, having basically made themselves a god of the Vaanti to keep them from killing the Catalysts. The Endless then reveals that they are an older Taylor!]]
