* ArrangeMode: Planned for the mod was an "Encore" mode inspired by the Encore mode in ''VideoGame/SonicMania'' and the original game's ERECT difficulty, which would remix the songs to make them more challenging. A few songs were completed before the mod was cancelled, though only "Too Slow" is available in the unfinished build.

** The revamped "Milk" depicts Boyfriend and Sunky in a flat-colored and much more toony style.

* AntiClimax: The unfinished "Soulless" has a slow beginning, building up with Tails doing a long solo and Boyfriend following suit... and then the song ends just before the beatdrop.

** Compared to the more horror-focused nature of the rest of the mod's songs, "Milk" is a nice change of pace, being more lighthearted in both visuals and music.

* BrutalBonusLevel: Don't let the LighterAndSofter nature of "Milk" and "Too Fest" fool you -- they are just as hard as the others, if not harder.

* DarkIsNotEvil: As menacing as he is, Majin Sonic's grandiose, almost clown-like animations combined with the more jovial tone of "Endless" demonstrate that he's more concerned with having a fun time than hurting anyone... though while not evil, he ''is'' still dangerous.

** Sanic.exe is even more of a parody than Sunky.MPEG, being an even worse drawn Sonic who battles Boyfriend in [[VideoGame/GarrysMod GMod]] with an goofy rendition of Green Hill Zone.
