Zombies aren't real, so their behavior is not a Surprisingly Realistic Outcome, per the "realistic" requirement on the trope page.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome:
** Naturally when the girls get power working in the mall, that pretty much acts as a ''huge'' beacon to the infected and it doesn't take long before a batch of them invade the area. And since this is outside the OZ zone, that leaves them secluded in a dangerous area.
** Ellie gets a nasty bite wound, but doesn't notice it until Riley points it out to her several seconds after it happens. This is based on realism as not noticing a wound right away while running high on adrenaline is common.
