''Road Maintenance Simulator'' is a German-made career simulation game developed by Caipirinha Games and published by Aerosoft [=GmbH=] and first released on April 7, 2022 on UsefulNotes/{{Steam}}.

In the game the player takes on the role of a German road maintenance worker and works a realistic depiction of a road worker's job. The player must take on tasks like trimming trees, removing roadside debris, making repairs to signs and traffic signals, and construction of the actual road. The game's tasks are broken up between highways, main roads, and country roads and the game features a WideOpenSandbox to traverse the world.
