''Radical Fishing'' (called ''Radical Fishin''' on the title screen, but otherwise the game's published with its title having a "g") is an UsefulNotes/AdobeFlash video game by Vlambeer released in 2010. In it, you play as a fisherman named Billy, lower your line and attempt to go as deep as possible. Once you catch a fish, you reel it in, trying to catch as many of them as possible while going up. Once the line reaches your boat, you grab a firearm and shoot them for their meat. The process repeats the next day, though you have the ability to buy upgrades with money earned from shooting fish.

A sequel called ''VideoGame/RidiculousFishing'' was released in 2013 for mobile devices, which itself got a remake titled ''Ridiculous Fishing EX''.

!!This game provides examples of:
* AllLowercaseLetters: The tutorial and upgrade screen almost completely lack capitalisation (it's pretty much reserved for acronyms like "RPG").
* CanisLatinicus: The fish names are not actual Latin names but a more fake equivalent, for instance goldfish is "piscus argaius" and not "carassius auratus".
* ChainsawGood: You can buy a chainsaw that is attached to the line and cuts through fish while you're boosting.
* CowardlyMooks: Giant Sea Bass will try to run away if your hook gets too close to them. This makes them more likely to catch if you're boosting below them and stop, though.
* TheFaceless: The fisherman, who is that yellow shape in the boat that can wear clothes you're playing as, doesn't have a face.
* HighVoltageDeath: You can buy a toaster so the first fish you catch gets electrocuted and a hairdryer that makes another fish get electrocuted.
* TheGoomba: The regular fish mainly appear near the surface and take one shot to kill.
* JokeItem: The cap is "the finest in redneck headwear", but it's the only upgrade that has no purpose other than changing Billy's appearance slightly. It only costs 2$, at least.
* LudicrousGibs: All fish explode into lots of blood and chunks when you shoot them.
* MoneyMultiplier: The fancy suit increases money from sold fish by 10%.
* MonsterCompendium: The Fishopedia describes all fish you have caught and how many times you did so.
* MundaneMadeAwesome: Fishing has much more fish than usual and you end up shooting them after they surface.
* PoisonMushroom: Jellyfish taste horrible and catching Giant Jellyfish is illegal, so you end up losing money if you get them.
* SoundtrackDissonance: The game only has one calm track playing in the background. It fits when you're catching fish and shopping, but not when you're shooting them.
* ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill: You can use an RPG or an even stronger gun to shoot some fish.
