* BreakTheHaughty: Being a stand-in for Celes, The World of Ruin does this for Trixie [[spoiler: if she lets Sethisto die]].

* CarryingTheAntidote: Discord drops a Harmony Band after your first battle with him, an item which blocks two of the statuses he frequently inflicted during the battle. That would have been really useful beforehand... then again, I guess this kind of behavior makes perfect sense coming from [[JustToyingWithThem Discord.]]

* CompositeCharacter: Arguably everyone, but special attention should go to [[spoiler: Commander Derpy "Hurricane" Hooves]].

* CrackPairing: In the original game, Locke and Celes had a budding romance. This makes interactions between their replacements, Applebloom and Trixie, somewhat awkward to see. Though their relationship certainly isn't romantic.
