** Stryder7x's channel details obscure glitches which can crash at least the original Nintendo 64 version of the game, if not all versions. Among the most ridiculous is an overflow glitch which requires you to hit a block in Dry Dry Desert for over 416 years. This block is involved in a secret where hitting it once spawns a block containing a Mushroom, hitting it 10 times spawns one with a Super Shroom, and hitting it 100 times spawns one with an Ultra Shroom. The game assigns a variable which checks how many times you've hit it, which overflows at 4,294,967,295, allowing more blocks to be spawned in the same locations as the old ones, which takes over 36 years to do assuming frame-perfect inputs the entire time. Because the game begins to lag after 9 block spawns, it takes about 416.7 years to spawn the number of blocks needed to crash the game. Realistically, you'll only actually see this happen if you use hacks, which the uploader did to demonstrate the glitch. By the way, it must also be done in one sitting, as leaving the room after spawning the third block flags the puzzle as complete, preventing more blocks from being spawned.

* MagikarpPower: Power Bounce. You get the badge for it in the Koopa Bros. Fortress, but it's not too strong at the time: it lets you jump on enemies for as long as you can keep up the command presses, but each enemy has a hidden value which determines the likelihood of the next Power Bounce succeeding versus forcing the attack to end, meaning you need to get quite lucky to do enough damage to justify the 3 FP cost, which is high for this point in the game when you might only have a maximum of 10 FP. Furthermore, your basic boots only deal 1 damage, making it useless against anything with defense (such as Fake Bowser), the Koopa Bros. themselves are a WolfpackBoss who encourage the use of multi-target attacks, and most other enemies are weak enough to not require it, and in most cases you're better off using the hammer or Power Jump. However, as the game progresses you gain a number of tools which increase Power Bounce's usefulness significantly, such as the Jump and Super Jump Charge, Dodge Master, Spike and Fire Shields, and various attack-boosting badges along with the plot-required boot upgrades, which combine to increase its power and usability to the point where it can kill bosses in one hit.

The game starts when Mario and Luigi get an invitation from Princess Peach to attend a party at her castle. When Mario goes to have some alone time with Peach, the ground suddenly shakes and the castle suddenly rises into space with all of the guests still inside. It turns out that Bowser built his castle underneath Peach's and rose both of them up into space in a giant Koopa Clown Car. Bowser then appears and reveals he had stolen an artifact called the Star Rod from Star Haven, which he uses to effortlessly defeat Mario and throw him out the window to the world below.
