The game spawned a sequel the following year using almost entirely the same characters and the same game engine, albeit one with mildly improved graphics, named ''Re-Loaded''. ''Re-Loaded'' was released on the [=PlayStation=] and [[UsefulNotes/IBMPersonalComputer PC]] at the end of 1996. Although it did not enjoy as good sales as its predecessor, it did however have an acclaimed soundtrack, this time entirely written and recorded by Neil Biggin.

Further diverging from Wikipedia page with a clearer yet somewhat succint summary on the premise.

When the intergalactic supervillain F.U.B. threatens the universe, it’s up to six diverse yet equally amoral individuals to put a stop to his threat.

When the former catering officer turned intergalactic supervillain F.U.B. threatens the universe, it’s up to six diverse yet equally amoral individuals to put a stop to his threat. From the manchild Mamma, to the cannon-toting clown Fwank, to muzzled mercenary Bounca, followed by the deadly disco jockey Vox, along with flamethrowing crossdresser Butch, and cybernatic bounty hunter pirate Cap’n Hands, it’s an eclectic group of technical heroes. Considering F.U.B imprisoned the six on the prison planet Raulf, they’re all too happy to get their hands on him.

The game had origins in DC comics and more notably the more adult-orientated Vertigo Comics, and there was a small graphic novel based on the game. The six playable characters of the game are a combination of villains, anti-heroes, psychopaths, perverts, mutants, and flamboyant murderers. They are, however, the best hope to stop the intergalactic supervillain code-named F.U.B. and save the universe. The characters were created and designed with contributions from Creator/GarthEnnis of Creator/VertigoComics and Greg Staples of ''[[ComicBook/TwoThousandAD 2000 AD]].''
