The game takes the form of a {{Retraux}} police database program containing dozens of video clips of a series of interrogations of Hannah Smith (Viva Seifert) filmed in 1994 concerning the recent murder of her husband Simon. The challenge of the game is piecing together what happened despite the limitations of the program: the clips can only be viewed by searching for key words or sentences stated by the woman and any query only returns the first 5 results. Thus the player is forced to navigate through the clips in an incredibly non linear fashion, via multiple word queries and following up on dropped names and concepts.
