!Tropes seen across all games in the series:
* AnnualTitle: Starting with 1997, every version of the game was numbered for its year of release. This held true until 2000 which was called ''Golden Tee 2K''. The tradition resumed from 2002-2005, and after a second pause in annual naming, has resumed again since 2007.
* EasterEgg: One of the most famous features of the series is the inclusion of Easter Eggs in every edition which can be found if the player plays off of the beaten path.
* FaceOnTheCover: Starting with 1997, all games featured Peter Jacobson on the arcade machine and cover.
