''Brawlin' Sailor'' is a video game created by Molkman. In it, you play as a nameless sailor who has a nap on his boat, when suddenly, a letter falls on his face. In it, there's a request for saving by a woman who's in a lighthouse. The sailor then goes to a Secret Island, fights with pirates, and saves the woman... or does he?

You can play the game [[http://www.kongregate.com/games/molkman/brawlin-sailor here]]. The game's very short, and it's best to play it before reading the trope list.
!!This game provides examples of:
* AllJustADream: [[spoiler:The first part of the game is just the sailor's dream. who turns out to be much less muscular than he thought]].
* AssKicksYou: [[spoiler:The weaker sailor]] has this as one of his attacks.
* BadassBeard: The sailor has one.
* BeatEmUp: The game is beating up pirates on a linear 2D path.
* DeliberatelyMonochrome: There are no colors in the game to speak of.
* DieChairDie: You can beat up barrels and signposts, [[spoiler:at least as a strong sailor]], though the "THANKS" sign is indestructible.
* DreamSue: [[spoiler:The sailor fancies himself as much stronger in his dreams]].
* KickTheDog: Rather literally. [[spoiler:The weak sailor can kick a dog off a bridge, and that guarantees a sad ending]].
* MultipleEndings: Either [[spoiler:the sailor kicks the dog off the bridge, the kidnapped woman swims away, and the sailor goes to sleep]], or [[spoiler:he leaves the dog alone, in which the same thing happen, but the dog goes with the sailor to the boat]].
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: The second big enemy [[spoiler: in the sailor's dreams]] is a rather weak and large werewolf.
* ThereWasADoor: The sailor has to break a door to get into a building. One of the pirates even gets squished by it.
