* I feel that some languages are better heard sung. For example, German. Odd sounding when spoken, but can sound beautiful when sung. Same goes for Chinese.
* When it comes to MemeticMutation in games, people tend to complain that the devs or writers are trying to hard to prove that WereStillRelevantDammit. But I actually kinda disagree with that statement. Yes, there are moments where I think the guys were trying to hard. But here's the thing: what about Japan? Japan, despite not seeming like the country with a love of MemeticMutation, does indeed have some works that reference them. Look at Medjed, for example. He's an obscure god in Egyptian myth who became memetic because his symbol was really derpy. He has been referenced a few times, particularly in ''Persona 5'' (where it's used as the nickname of a hacker) and ''Fate/Grand Order'' (where there is a FUCKING swimsuit Servant with a Medjed sheet on her first two costumes.) And you know what? I bet there are some Japanese players who got annoyed by that too. Though it appears foreign to Americans, as our national humor and values tend to differ.
* I don't get all that annoyed by fanservice-y tropes. When I found out that some people get annoyed at that, I was honestly surprised. I didn't see any harm in those tropes. When I first saw Bayonetta (I first found out about her game when I was a few years younger), I thought that she was a cool femme fatale lady with witch powers. I didn't notice any of the innuendos that went into her character until I was older. I didn't even know her game of origin was so controversial for that aspect at the time! Maybe it was because I was so young that I didn't catch them. But even then, when I look at more sexualized character designs, I never really catch the fact that "X is well-endowed" or is "bearing her midriff" at all. I just... Don't really care.

* Every incarnation of Link has a different personality.
** Link (Legend of Zelda 1 and 2) is hard-working and diligent. He's trusting of many, but his fatal flaw is his {{Insufferable Genius}} tenancies.
** Link (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) is the stoic. He's basically the butt monkey of the Links, and he's {{Genre Savvy}}. In contrast to Midna, this Link starts out the adventure internally rude to others, rather than actively showing it. He often fakes his feelings very easily. His fatal flaw is his spurts of {{Hot Blooded}} and {{Papa Wolf}} moments.
** Link (Link Between Worlds) is a huge dork. He likes to over-dramatize casual events, to add a little over-the-topness to his life in a universe that could be considered over-the-top. His fatal flaw is his Naivete.
** Link (Link to the Past), much like his descendant, is also a dork, though it's mostly downplayed. He went through a little {{Break the Cutie}} moment when he saw his Uncle in a bad state. He's also incredibly gentle and protective to his allies. His fatal flaw is his lack of intelligence.
** Link (Breath of the Wild) is a lot like [[VideoGame/{{Touhou}} Marisa Kirisame]]. He's a "Legendary Hero", though, he's not very interested in that idea. He's more interested in discovering more about the world around him. And sometimes... He does it in very questionable ways.
*** This personality change was caused by him losing his memory. [[spoiler: He was devastated to learn what happened to him 100 years ago.]] He's sort of like [[VideoGame/HyperdimensionNeptunia Neptune/Purple Heart]] in that aspect.
