History Tropers / Oreochan

I'm a sixteen year old insomniac (ever since I was 7), mild mannered, and homeschooled female troper. I discovered Tvtropes through a Bulbagarden forum. I joined this site in the summer of 2009. I didn't really do much editing until a year and a half later. Because I wanted to know Tvtropes better and at least know how to edit before I do something completely idiotic (I still do idiotic things sometimes) The main reason why I was attracted to this site, was that I was always looking for a site that lists cliches that show up in media for some reason, but got tropes instead.

Anyway, I'm a big fan of light novels, western animation, manga, video games and visual novels. I don't usually watch live action that much unless it's a TrueCrime show or about animals, especially if it's about cats.You will usually find me at the LostAndFound helping other tropers or the in the YKTTW.I also participate in Special Efforts projects and the Namespace Migration. I am currently learning Arabic and may possibly learn Japanese or Latin. I also aspire to be an artist, etymologist and/or zoologist. On a wiki related hobby, I love to put tropes in indices and crosswick them. I'm currently working on completing "the trope family tree" by using the new relationship tool.

As I grew up in TheNineties and TurnOfTheMillennium, many works I like are from that period.I tend to enjoy obscure, underloved videogames and manga. On the forums, you'll see me in the Trope Repair Shop, Special Efforts, Video Games, Manga and Anime or fooling around in forum games. I have a bit of an obsession with getting quotes from various authors and trying catching all of Pokemon LittleBitBeastly characters. I also prefer common wealth spelling instead of
American Spelling.

I also have a pretty short attention span as I can't seem focus on anything for more than 5 or 10 minutes without jumping to something else. This is also why I usually [[SerialTweaker edit my post about 6 times]] just to get it right. I even edit posts I made months ago.

Also, despite the name, I don't like oreos. My username is just a stupid LineOfSightName I came up with when I was 10. I don't really use it anywhere else except this site.
