Anyways, my "name" is Fseftr. I am a member of many internet communities, and so if you see an account with this username, it's probably me. Probably. Keep in mind, I am near exclusively a lurker on this site, except on the forums.

You don't need to know much about real life me, really.

I come from an alternate version of your universe, one with both magic and advanced technology from being twenty thousand years in the future. I was born Crown Princess and Heir to the Throne of the Mavanian Empire, an interstellar human empire of over two thousand systems. My mother was assassinated when I was very young, apparently I was there. My father was not only king, but the owner and commander of a large private military organization. My childhood composed of training for both roles, but was otherwise relatively normal. On my thirteenth birthday, my beloved grandfather died taking an assassination attempt for me, and I blamed myself. Still do, in fact. I was determined to not let his sacrifice be in vain, and became determined to survive at any costs.]]

[[blue:Three years later, when I was sixteen, my father was assassinated. You may have noticed a trend by now, but I was not hit nearly as hard by this death. My father and I were never close. He was busy with his double roles, and admitted to me on his death bed that he blamed me for my mother's death. Great dad. Nevertheless, I did the necessary ceremonies and traditions for his death and ascended to the throne. At this point, I should probably introduce my childhood friends. The first and foremost of which was, and still is, someone you can call Red. He had a rather troubled childhood which I will not share with you, if he wants to, he will. My other two friends will not be named, for reasons that will become apparent. All three of them were part of noble families, but Red's family far surpassed the other two in rank.]]

That got the nobility off my back a bit, just in time for a faction called the Reunited Earth Colonies, or REC for short, to declare war on us for the purposes of reunification of humanity. My two nameless childhood friends were even presumed for dead when the ship they were on was intercepted by REC forces. There was only one hope, I had heard of an artifact called The Lapis Block in my many studies in lapis lazuli. Don't ask. Before I could verify the truth of the legends, some nobles began a coup. Red and I quickly fled the system, and headed towards the planet The Lapis Block was legended to be on.]]
